Our event was from 7:00PM - 1:00 AM. The service was absolutely professional and friendly. From the initial phone call to reserving the date of the bus event to the actually date of the event. The ease of payment was simple and affordable. On the date of the event the driver named Bill arrived 10 minutes early. He helped us load the bus with snacks and adult beverages. This party bus allows you to brings snacks and drinks. Bill picked us up in Springboro and drove 25 of us Cincinnati. The driver drove us to three different locations in Cincinnati. At each location once we were ready to leave then we would just simply message the driver Bill and he would pull up to pick us up from location 1,2,and 3 in less than 5 minutes. Super efficient and attentive. The service and the driver Bill was absolutely outstanding and ensured our safety to and from each locations and throughout the transportation from Dayton to Cincinnati and back. On the way home we even had friends sleep soundly on the bus. We did not once feel that we were on a party bus since the driving skills of Bill was impeccable as if were not even moving. The ambiance and the interior of the bus was amazing. The interior of the bus would be best described as night club on wheels. The interior was decorated with amazing neon lights. The seating areas were all black leather interiors and super comfortable. There were two medium size coolers integrated on each side of the seating areas. Super convenient and easy to grab beverages with ease. The interior of the bus was super clean and very nicely decorated. It was as if we were the first passengers to experience this party bus for the first. If you have a smartphone you were able to play music from your music list via WiFi connection to the speakers of the bus. Everyone on the bus had so many good laughs and enjoyed such a memorable evening out without having to worry about driving and parking in downtown Cincinnati. I had a such a great time and hope to use them again for another party. Hiring a drive or a party bus is way cheaper than receiving a DUI. Ron picked her up and then proceeded to begin taking her to the WRONG airport. ****EDIT*** My mom did indicate that there had been traffic, but that they could have made it to the airport in time if they had not originally gone the wrong way. ***END EDIT***As a result, my mom not only missed her flight, but it was the ONLY flight that made it that day and there were no other flights for her to take that worked for our schedule - not even the following day. So because Ron didn't do the most basic part of his job - verifying the destination - my mom's once in a lifetime vacation which would have had irreplaceable memories was null and void. Not to mention I'm out $1200 for the Airbnb which was refundable up to the day BEFORE. I expect my payment, if for no other reason than the fact there needs to be consequences for his negligence. It's the absolute least Ron could do since there is no possible way to make up for what would have been priceless time with my mom. ***EDIT*** Of course there are always possibilities of traffic or plane delays, etc., and if that had been the issue in this matter, so be it. However, it is the driver's job to make sure he knows the destination from the beginning, and this did not happen. He's not even apologetic in his response and takes ZERO accountability. My mother is 80 and doesn't do social media. So I will take up for her. ***END EDIT*** Do not book with him unless it doesn't matter if you reach your destination.
