They agreed to pick me up in Yellow Springs at 12:45pm for the trip (for a $30 fare and a trip of approximately 20 minutes to Springfield). At 1:00 pm when they had not arrived, I began calling them to find out when they would arrive. Each call went to voicemail. They never called me to let me know anything. I missed the 1:35pm bus for which I had a non-refundable ticket. Because I was taking the bus to attend a funeral, I had very little flexibility in getting a later bus. The only bus that would get me to my destination in time left from Columbus at 5:20pm. I had to call another cab company and pay $80 to travel from Yellow Springs to Columbus, and in Columbus I had to buy a new Greyhound ticket for $87. I've never posted an online review before, but considering that the company didn't have the courtesy to let me know they could not make it, and allow me to make other arrangements, their lack of professionalism cost me $167. I feel this is my only recourse in trying to let them know why it is important for them to communicate with their customers if they are unable to keep their commitments.
