My daughter is a developmentally disabled child and has a lot of important and necessary appointments and therapy. Other companies have sent vehicles with either no car seat hookups, broken seatbelts, no room for a stroller, or not enough seats to fit us because they have other people riding. As a result my daughter has missed a lot of appointments and it has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. Ever since we were placed with Gem City my daughter has NEVER missed therapy and we've never been late. There has never been any issues. They are very respectful, professional, and dependable. They are always on time, and they call the day before or the morning of the appointment to confirm the trip.

When I called to see where my ride was and tell them my oxygen was running out. The supervisor said they can pick me up 10, 20, 50 minutes late if they want and hung up on me. It took another 1/2 hour past the time they said and my oxygen ran out. Twice they put my life in danger. Don't trust them with your life or your loved ones. Any other company is better than they are.
