Drivers constantly block my driveway when Im not the one calling for service and their phone associates are extremely rude. They hang up on you when you're trying to complain about their drivers and their attitudes, constantly blocking the street and my driveway. The 2 associates that I spoke to were short and rude, didnt fully listen to my concerns and hung up on me 3 times while I was explaining to them why their drivers shouldn't be parking in my driveway or blocking it. This company needs to evaluate how their associates treat callers no matter who they are or why they are calling. read more

My driver Stephan Cantrell was the best driver ive had so far and ive been riding with the company for 4 yrs. now. He called to let me know he was on his way to get me at my appointment, and had a stool for me to get in the van. He was great. Good job Mr. Cantrell. read more

You need to have your driver's pick up rides at the time they say they will. I'm on my way to Cincinnati right now and hopefully will get to see my doctor. We would have time but he was late getting me and we have another person that has to be dropped off first. I will start asking for another company from now on. read more

I love valley transport, sometimes they can be late but also I realized that my provider was putting in the wrong times. Once I switched and was able to book my own rides I have not had an issue. The staff I talk to is so friendly. Amanda is so helpful and goes out of her way to help with any issue even when its not about a ride. She is so caring and really cares about us. I have had ok drivers but their are a few who really go out of their way to help me ,and even helped others while we were out. Ricky , penny , damon and another one i really like but have not seen him in awhile. I would give 10 stars if i could. read more

This company deserves 0 stars!! The first driver that picked up my 78 year old client at 12:30 for her 1:00 appointment deserves 100 and beyond stars! His name is Ron and he was the sweetest, most helpful and had so much patience! He was so compassionate. He helped me put her in the car and always made her feel safe. I followed them to the doctors. He got out and got a wheel chair for her. He pushed her into the doctors office while I pushed her walker. When we got to the doctors, they said her appointment was canceled. I called valley transportation at 1:00 asking them if they can get a driver to pick her up asap due to her appointment being canceled. The lady I spoke with said she will change pick up times and they will send someone shortly. I called back at 1:35 asking ETA on the driver, same lady said 10-13 mins. I called back just before 2:00 and she said he's running behind and will be there in 20 mins. I called back again to check ETA and the same lady was so rude, had an attitude and put me on hold and never got back to me. When I kept calling back, she would pick up and hang up on me. I called at least 15 times only to be hung up or put on hold and left me there! The driver didn't show up until 3:15. My client waited over 2hrs for someone to come get her. I think the dispatcher kept delaying our pickup time. I hope they look into the call log, listen to our conversation and see what she was doing on her end with my client! I hope she gets fired because this was not right!! Now my client is traumatized from this experience. Please stay away from this company!! This company does NOT care about the elderly or people in general! read more

Service was horrible... used service to take resident to an appointment... kept getting different times of pickup from appointment... my resident hadn't eaten or taken any pain med before his appointment at 830....was still waiting for pickup at 1130am after multiple phone calls . The guy on the phone didn't care about the times I called asking for a eta. Wish I could give a negative star for there service. read more

My ride was scheduled for 3:00pm. At 3:23pm I phoned the dispatcher, and was told that the driver was delayed and it would be 30 minutes. My appointment was for 4:00pm, and I had a fifteen minute window to be late. (If they arrived at 3:53pm I might just make it - Google Maps says the doctor's office is 13 minutes away.) The van arrived at my location at 4:18pm. Which was very disappointing since I am using this service to go to physical therapy for a broken wrist - which is why I can't drive myself. The driver did not get out to open the door, did not introduce herself, and did not apologize for being late. In case you are reading this in the blissful future, it is October 2021 and we are in a pandemic. The driver had her mask pulled down below her chin when she arrived. When I got into the back seat, she pulled it up. I informed her that we had missed my appointment, and instead she would be taking me home. She entered my home address into her phone and asked for the full zip code "because she wasn't from around here". She then needed to shuffle the papers on her clipboard to find the right page, and pulled her mask down to eat a snack. She then used the same hand to pass the clipboard and pen to me that she had just used to put food in her mouth. This woman had no knowledge of why she was transporting me or my medical condition, yet felt comfortable having me sit four feet away while she breathed, ate, and touched the interior of the van. As we left my office, I pointed out the shorter route which also was a lower grade up the hill. Her response was "I'm going to follow the GPS". So instead of taking the advice offered by the person who knows the shortest and easiest way to get to their own house, she took an eight-passenger van up a street that has two hair-pin turns, and then turned onto one of the steepest hills in Cincinnati. (My way goes up the other side of the hill, is straighter, less steep, and two-tenths of a mile shorter.) I expected better service from a company that specializes in taking care of medically fragile people. I have instructed my medical provider to flag Valley Transport as "do not use" for the rest of my treatment, and to verify that they are not charged for the trip that was not completed. read more

BROKEN. They don't have a clock. I called them 17 times. Finally, I got on the city bus. First, the driver got the address WRONG. I told her I'll be out in 30 min. That would be 2:30 pm but made the callback at 2:12. After that 17 calls with the last call at 3:58 pm. I finally decided to catch the bus back and arrived home at 5:24. These people have ZERO CLOCKS they pick any number out of the clouds, and say he'll be there in 30, 15, 6, then 2 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE. LIARS. read more

Incompetent, inept, unprofessional, blundering, pathetic and most surely substandard pretend transportation. These fools left my 91 year old mother on the curb with her walker and bags from her doctor outside her home. So much for door to door service. Moms neighbors confronted the pathetic driver because they found mom calling for help and crying in the hot summer sun in Cincinnati. The driver told her neighbor that if she needs help to her door the neighbor should help if they care so much! I hope this company fails and I am going to help close them. This company is THE WORST. My sister is dependent upon medical transportation services to take her to and from dialysis treatments three days a week. Not only is this company consistently LATE on the pickups taking her to her treatments, the vans are unsafe as they are not able to secure her wheelchair safely half the time. Twice within the past two weeks, the driver drove slowly past our house but never pulled into the driveway. When we tried to contact someone about what was going on, there is no answer on any of their numbers. When we have managed to talk to someone, they have been rude and hung up and then refused to answer other calls and had the calls go directly to voice mail. My sister needs dialysis to live. This company is irresponsible, indifferent to the importance of the needs of its patience. Medigold and their subsidiary Modivcare / Logisticare transportation brokerage company pays these people, but they need to get rid of them. i have complained to Medigold and Modivcare, but they switch blame towards each other and neither side will fix the problem. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They need to be exposed. They have a page on Facebook, but, conveniently, they have removed the section allowing people to rate their services.
