My daughter is a developmentally disabled child and has a lot of important and necessary appointments and therapy. Other companies have sent vehicles with either no car seat hookups, broken seatbelts, no room for a stroller, or not enough seats to fit us because they have other people riding. As a result my daughter has missed a lot of appointments and it has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. Ever since we were placed with Gem City my daughter has NEVER missed therapy and we've never been late. There has never been any issues. They are very respectful, professional, and dependable. They are always on time, and they call the day before or the morning of the appointment to confirm the trip.
