I could bring it up in Google and other maps but I was asked to call back after they contacted their app's IT support. I did and the same thing happened. Out of frustration, they used another address close to mine and said they would add notes with my address for the driver. The pickup was scheduled for 3:00 so the guest of honor would get here by the start of the event at 4:00. To my dismay, the driver showed up at my address around 3:15 for the pickup instead of the address I had provided. When I called to ask what happened, I was told the pickup and drop off addresses had been switched in their system and they had no idea how. So, the guest of honor arrived late to his own party! Given this and the expense of the service, I was very disappointed and would not use or recommend Ride A Wav.

We will not use anyone else other than Ride a Way. Thanks again Lori and Kevin.

I recently went to my appointment with Dr. Windsor who I have never yet met. I confirmed this…read moreappointment 10 days prior to the appointment date. I scheduled and took Medical Transport provided by Caresource. At my appointment with my primary care Doctor the day before yesterday I told him I would be going to see Dr. Windsor today. Upon arriving I was told they had no appointment for me. I was politely asking the receptionist to check and explaining why I was certain I had an appointment when a Doctor's assistant came out and in an inappropriate confrontational manner told me I could not be rude to the receptionist. I stated that I had not been. This man whose name I cannot obtain, then asked me to sit down and wait. While waiting I asked the receptionist to please tell the man I thought was Dr. Windsor that I was not being rude in any way. She stated not to worry about it and that I had not been rude. This man then returned, had me go with him to a hallway and informed me that I could not be seen that day. At this point he was polite. He stated he would call me at the end of the day and try to get me in as soon as he could, his estimate was 2-4 weeks. I agreed since there was no other option. I then returned to the front desk and asked permission to use the rest room. I then did. Due to the extent of my pain I knew I would need go to an emergency room. I then politely asked the receptionist if it would be possible to write a note for me stating that there was some confusion regarding my appointment and I could not be seen that day, and probably not be seen for a few weeks . I explained due to my level of pain I would need go to an emergency room and had already done so at least 3 times while waiting a month for this appointment. I wanted something to show the Emergency room Doctor.. She said she would check. I sat down and waited. A second receptionist then handed me a letter stating I could be excused for work today for I had not been seen. After reading this letter I explained to the receptionist that I did not work, I was on SSI and I reexplained what I wanted. She said she would check. Two minutes passed and the gentleman I mentioned previously reemerged and with an angry tone told me I would not be seen, ever. He stated I had two choices--leave immediately or leave in a police car. I had said or done nothing whatsoever to justify this. I started to leave and this man followed me the 8 ft or so to the door almost pressing against my back. As I exited I tuned to him and at that time said something profane to him which was probably an error on my part, but justifiable based on the above. This office via phone has refused to give me the name of the person or Company who owns this pain clinic. My Health-care provider cannot due to privacy matters. I finished a Masters degree from the University of Dayton in 2008. I am not stupid enough to cause any confrontation with a Doctor I wish to see as a patient nor with his office staff. Generally I am never rude to anyone period. I was not rude to anyone until I exited the door. If anyone has information on who owns this clinic I would appreciate an email at porter009hth@yahoo.com. If you have had any problems with this clinic I would like to hear from you. I would not have been treated in this manner were I not now in the low income bracket. Should Dr. Windsor read the above, please email me so we can arrange a phone conversation regarding this matter. I will be happy to take a polygraph regarding what I stated, and I would ask Dr. Windsor to question his two receptionists and ask them for the truth regarding whether I was rude or inappropriate to them in any way.
