It is under new management and been renovated, it has been open for a little over a month. It is opposite to the entrance of the Arcadian. The owners previously ran/worked in Peach Garden as did most of the staff. There are Roasted Ducks, Crispy Roast Pork and Soya Chicken hanging in the window looking very tasty. The menu is comprehensive with many traditional dishes including my favourite noodles dish ... Crispy Noodles with shredded meat which is delicious. I also tried Soya Chicken and Roast Duck with Won Ton Noodles in soup which was very tasty. Service is quick and staff are pleasant. Their English isn't great but how is your Cantonese but they give it a good go. Makes me cringe when (English) people order sweet & sour chicken, chicken curry with fried rice or chicken fried rice .... You can get these from your local take away!! Try something different and traditional you never know you might like it but you won't know until you step out of you comfort zone. Prices are reasonable and the Ice lemon tea is very good. If you can find a seat take it and try it!!

It was a 5-minute walk from my hotel, I met some friends there and we were seated promptly, but we got the last table. Indian We all ordered beers and papadam, and perused the menu. I ordered Tandoori Garlic Tikka Chilli, Bhindi Bhaji, Pilau Rice and Garlic Naan. The food came in short order and was fantastic! All my friends enjoyed their food as well! Service was top notch and we never had empty glasses. While there are many restaurants here to choose from, I will definitely be back to this one!

Oh, it's alright here. There are some happy diners. I've been able to bring my own drinks so as to save the cost of drinking out, but my body is in Kings and my mind is in Sylhet.

When all of the crew were gathered, we entered the understated venue like a pack of hungry animals. Luckily we had, had the foresight to book as the restaurant was packed out with diners. Once seated, we were immediately presented with complimentary poppadoms and dips. A nice touch, I thought, as most restaurants would charge you for this little pre-starter. Once we had (noisily) decided what we were all going to eat and had a beverage, the waiter came back to take our orders in perfect time. Just enough time for us to have a chat and decide, but not too long that we had grown impatient. This particular server was obviously familiar with a few of our number as he had a little laugh and a joke as we were ordering, giving us a feeling of comfort and making us all very welcome. Due to the aforementioned diet, I didn't want anything too saucy. I opted for the tandoori mixed grill (which comes with a serving of rice, salad and a naan bread). I skipped the starters, but this meant I was incredibly jealous when those who had gone for one were served (everything looked and smelled delicious). This was soon put out of my mind when the mains were served. I seemed to have ordered a mountain of food in one £11.95 dish! The rice was cooked to perfection, the salad crunchy and fresh, the naan fluffy and light and the meat tender and delicious. I would hate to be one of those people who always orders the same thing, but I think that could be applicable when (not if), I get back to the Kings. The bill was very reasonable for 10 of us (around £15 each) and we had a great dining experience and fantastic meal. I did feel sorry for those people trying to enjoy a quiet dinner (as we weren't the only ones having loud conversations at the table), but I would recommend this venue to anyone celebrating with a large group. My only suggestion is if only it served something like beef or pulled pork with the spices and the sauces it provides already.
