This restaurant was recommended to me by my boyfriends parents to celebrate his last night at home before returning to University, and I have to say, their recommendation was worth it.
The menu had a great selection and was brilliantly explained to those of us who doing speak fluent thai! We opted for the mixed starter which included spring rolls, chicken satay, prawn toast among other things. The sauces that came with them were perfect and so good we kept them on the table for the main. I opted for the Thai Red Curry main and I was impressed. It tasted exactly how it did when I visited Thailand. There was just the right amount as well, which went perfect with the rice portion.
There isn't a large wine menu but it is adequate and priced about £15 a bottle. The service was attentive and courteous. They filled up our wine glasses if they got low and served us water with our meal. It was quick without feeling rushed and we felt well taken cared of throughout.
This is the perfect place for a romantic night or an evening with friends as its not that loud. I'd pick this place to go for Thai food any day! read more
