We had excellent service and Nick went out of his way to help us. Nick said no problem when we asked to blow up the dinghy to check it out. If anyone is looking for a heavy duty 12 ft., with an aluminum floor, stable as can be dinghy in very good shape-this is it. In the end, it was too large to fit where we needed which was too bad because it was a great deal. Nick showed us other options and was very helpful in solving our particular issue. We have ideas now and may just find the boat we want. Although, I suggested the beautiful pontoon boats they have in stock. I would easily sleep on the water in that! I had purchased the Viofo A229 Pro along with the hardwiring kit, remote and micro SD card from Amazon months ago. We then went out to take a look at the car real quick. I realized that I probably should've got my window tint done before getting the dash cam installed. Oops. He estimated my car would take about 3 hours so I waited in the waiting area. There are two comfy sofas (room for 6 people), a table of snacks and candy, and mini fridge full of water for guests. Coffee/Turkish coffee was offered. He even offered to buy those in the waiting room lunch too! Really nice of him. Bring some reading material or a laptop to watch some shows on. It'll make 3 hours go by quick! John and his team did a really good job on the install! Wires were tucked in. Everything looked great. He took some time to go over the dash cam and the app. Also showed me what options to change on the app settings as well. Front and rear camera are working great! I called Epic Motorsports in Show Low on 9/1/26 to service my Pro S RZR after I tipped it on its…read moreside trying to exit a water hole on a trail after some heavy rain. They told me to drop it off without an appointment and they will work it in the rotation within 72 hours. I dropped it off 9/4/2026. I informed Epic that I did not start the engine since it was in some water and I did not want it started until they were sure there was no water in the engine. Epic called me 9/10/26 and told me the engine started right up but now there is water in the engine oil. My insurance adjuster visited Epic on 9/15/26 and approved the estimate. The insurance adjuster called me after he left Epic and told me Epic told him they have all the parts in stock to make the repairs and it should be completed in 1-2 days. I called Epic on 9/23/26 to see if the RZR was repaired and they told me it was not yet started and there were 9 WO's ahead of me. I spoke at length with the service manager and he told me he could not guarantee the repairs would be completed by 10/2/26. I picked up the RZR 9/25/26 (3 weeks after drop off) not repaired and now with water in the engine oil. Epic charged me $155 for an estimate fee. I would not recommend Epic Motorsports service department to anyone, I would suggest you go somewhere else for your service needs. The customer service is lousy and the communication is even worse.
