Approaching business day 5 I called in and requested to speak with him directly and the lady claimed he was out of office and that HE would call me back later. Instead of HIM calling to speak with me like I requested, SHE sent me a text message not answering any of my questions giving me blanket responses about why my bike hadn't even been "touched" yet. Finally, over a week later on Saturday I received a phone call from who claimed to go by the name of "Seth" and he stated they "couldn't figure out what was wrong, without me paying for 3-4 hours of shop rate to tear down the whole motor". Then informed me THEY stripped the crank shaft thread. I stated that I had no issues 8 days prior to dropping off *have video and picture proof* and he stated it HAD to have been me who did it because they have "proper tools". I replied with my father in law who builds race cars has "proper tools" and he's the only one who had touched the bike along side myself. Mind you, WE are both biomedical engineers and work on 10s of thousands of dollars of medical equipment every day. 3/28/24 pick up day. We arrived at approximately 8:15am to pick up the bike and address the "stripped shaft threads" situation and the owner "Steve Trivisonno" insisted on loading up the bike post collection of payment from me. I stated to him that we would load it as I wanted to open the crank case by removing the cover and inspect the "stripped and grinded down threads" as his employee told me on the phone and his whole demeanor changed. He then was attempting to "explain" what was wrong to me like I was a toddler. I asked him why he was speaking to me like that and he stormed off like a CHILD and said " try not to get MY parking lot all dirty" referring to oil that was coming out of the crank case.... Mind you their establishment, I don't know if I'd even call it that, shares the lot with another business so HE owns nothing. Steve never cared to explain anything to me before paying for anything, ask me if I wanted further repairs or simply have some decent customer service not only has a "business owner" but as a damn human. Not to mention I was told on the phone because lack of diagnostic and it "only took 30 minutes" they were going to charge me 1/2 the shop labor rate which would be roughly $50 and instead they charged me .75/hr rate totaling to $71.25. I wouldn't recommend him or anyone who works here for ANYTHING, much less a diagnostic. Both the phone call for an update as well as pick up interactions were both fully video/audio recorded and documented, so for the record these aren't unsupported claims.

I had the tow-driver take me to BTM after talking with Lisa on the phone. The tow-truck arrived at BTM after hours but Zeth the technician stayed and diagnosed the problem with my motorcycle. The communication with this place is terrible and they have zero urgency in keeping customers updated. Tyler seems to be the only one that answers the phone; he is the only reason I didn't give 1 star. The owner Cliff can't be bothered to talk with folks or even provide updates on service. This place had an opportunity to become a great shop that stands out in the community. When I dropped off the bike, they advised that the reason for my overheating was the radiator cap, although I advised them that I had just purchased a brand new one. After the 2 weeks had gone by, not one proactive phone call. My last call was the owner Cliff letting me know that now they " Don't know what's causing the issue," and I would have to take it to an actual Ducati dealer. They suspected the thermostat grasping for some last random solution. I replaced the thermostat myself and the same issue. Just took the bike for a ride and it overheated and put out coolant everywhere, the reason I spent $400 here in the first place. This shop also returned my bike with a broken side panel. With multiple bikes, I had hoped that a local QC shop would be knowledgeable. What a waste of time and money here. If you have a Ducati, save yourself the heartache and just take it to a real shop.

Store refused to trade battery in because "the payment was not made by you". Veteran is not trying to get a cash refund or credit he is attempting to use the battery warranty. Store refused even knowing it was bought by an organization that helps veterans. Battery was delivered by autozone Store to veterans home.
