James is the consummate professional!…read more I hired James for a full day to tackle some long overdue work in my home. On our initial walk through so he knew exactly what I required, he obviously listened carefully to the plethora of jobs he was to undertake, that he required no further unnecessary input from me for the full 8 hours he was here. He followed through thoroughly with all I asked of him, much to my delight. James did a range of work from caulking, hanging multiple items such as a huge heavy mirror, added many a handle to my kitchen cupboards, door adjustments, furniture assembly and the list goes on. He stuck to his quote and he also finished everything in the allotted time. Having had a father in the industry, I am more than aware of when a job has been done well or not, this job was not just done well it was done excellently!

They serve up to 8,000 hot meals to needy individuals a Month!) Lance dedicated over two hundred hours of his time to volunteer at the facility (for NO charge!) Not only did he attend every visit to the facility, but he provided specific tutorials and step-by-step instructions for participating volunteers, and accompanied me to purchase all materials. Following the aforementioned event (in which we re-landscaped the grounds, re-painted the exterior, corrected the plumbing, and completed deep cleaning to their cooking quarters), Lance returned to completely gut and remodel their communal restrooms!! Lance is a Godsend and his work is above par. He is much more than a coontractor; he is a man of many trades! I recommend Lance to anyone! I rarely trust contractors, but I would allow Lance in my home even if I was not there. That is the type of integrity I received from him. **He was even recognized by San Berardino Council-Woman, Virginia Marquez, for his substantial work and dedication to remodeling Mary's Mercy Center. I'd like to start by saying the 1 star review left on this page is so unfair, I can't believe Yelp…read moreis leaving it up. I am also a peer in the construction industry, working as an architect, and this past year has been so hectic for contractors, to expect all of them to respond right away is so unrealistic, and does NOT reflect their ability. With that being said, I'm over the moon happy with James's work on my kitchen remodel, I can barely put it into words. When I was looking at buying this house, the kitchen was the one thing that nearly prevented me from putting on offer in. It was gross, the hot water didn't work, water pressure sucked, and the range hood hadn't been vented properly, it just went up into the cabinet. But I had faith that w/ a better design and the right contractor, we could transform the space into something real special. I moved in to my house in the middle of April, and emailed him at the beginning of May for an estimate to demo the old counters/cabinets, install new cabinets, duct my range hood out the roof, and install the sink. He got back to me promptly, and was able to see me and the house the next day. He really listened to what I wanted, unlike some other contractors I had gotten estimates from, and his estimate was incredibly reasonable. He gave me a heads up that he'd be available end of May/first of June, which worked for my schedule fine. James started the week after Memorial Day and seriously wrapped up all of the cabinet demo, new cabinet install, new range hood install AND the associated plumbing/electrical work within 4 DAYS!! I mean, he is literally a construction crew of one, and moves so insanely fast, while still sticking to my design plan and keeping me updated when he found something while he was working. We had to wait to finish the sink install, since the counter company was booked out 3 weeks, but even then, he was able to come back out the very next day to wrap everything up at the sink. Honestly, this space has been transformed and is now so much brighter, more modern, and my new favorite room in the house! Thank you again James, I could not be happier!

Andy did our bathroom first and it exceeded all expectations; it really feels like we're stepping into a luxury hotel bathroom every time we use it. A couple months later he took on our kitchen and we knew that it was going to be great, but again, expectations were exceeded. It was a huge project involving knocking a wall down and dealing with very uneven floors, but you'd never know either thing was there previously. Andy is professional, kind, respectful of your space and time, and just all around a really great person to have in your home for stretches of time. We were crazy enough to have this all done with an infant in the home and he (being a family man himself) made it a point to check in to make sure everything would be okay with the baby's schedule. His subcontractors were also great and rarely left a trace that they were there. I highly recommend Wildside Construction!
