Pulling into the parking lot was a bit confusing since this sits on a busy intersection corner, but I was able to figure it out enough to find a parking spot. Once inside it was a bit of confusion as well. I knew what I needed, but each item was in a different area where I though it would be. I had to do some searching, but in the end I was able to find what I need with no assistance from any of the staff. Self checkout at the front made for a quick exit and I did not need a bag. It was a decent visit, even if it was not the easiest visit. Getting back on the road from here, not the easiest either, but not something you can avoid.

Obviously Lowes did a poor job of vetting them. They rescheduled twice and today they clearly cancelled out in us saying they don't have a pro in our area to do the installation. They said they would refund the $$$ but that doesn't do any good if I don't get the thing installed. I al putting out the word - buyer BEWARE. We have positive experiences with Lowes in California, where we moved from. We won't be attempting to use their handyman service again.

I ended up calling another company on Friday morning and they had me in my car within an hour.
