I also don't remember seeing anything that made that clear when I booked. I politely asked if there was a reason she couldn't accommodate it, and she continued to tell me she didn't have time and that I should go somewhere else. Other women who were there getting their nails done even looked confused by the interaction. I ultimately left with half of my nails filed and in tears. When I checked out, I explained what happened to the front desk, and while they apologized, I was told there was nothing they could do. As a professional, I understand that appointments have time constraints and that certain services may need to be booked in advance. But the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Luxe Salon didn't just lose my business--they lost the business of people I would have recommended them to as well. On top of that, I was not offered parking validation (which they normally do), so I ended up paying for no services provided.
