They would not help me cause it would take too long to do the Smog Test, so they set me up for an appointment for the next day. I left disappointed and while driving down Main Street, I remember that I had another car tested a couple years back. So I said to myself, what the heck, they did a good job last time. Why not try it again. I arrived at 4:40pm and they took me right into the bay. My car passed with flying colors and did not had to wait. GOD is Good!!! The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering them just for being there. No professionalism at all just straight attitude right from the start. Then it got even worse. They refused to work on my car and wouldn't give me a clear reason why. Instead, they told me the part I needed wasn't available, which I later found out wasn't even true. It felt like they were just making excuses and didn't want to deal with it. The whole situation started to feel really shady. I kept getting the runaround, and at one point it honestly felt like they were trying to keep my registration or make things more difficult than they should've been. That's not just bad customer service that's completely out of line. I wouldn't trust this place with my car at all. If you care about your time, your money, and being treated with basic respect, go somewhere else.

My daughter's Tacoma was making a…read morestrange noise when starting and took it to several mechanics with several different diagnoses and no fixes. Advanced Auto was recommended so I took it there. They also came up with a diagnosis that seemed to make more sense than the others, so I went forward with repair. The repair was almost $3000 and did not work. I returned the truck for further inspection. Long story short, we ended up finding out through this whole process that that the truck was involved in accident before we purchased it and it was not disclosed to us. The damage from the collision was causing oil pressure issues that would require more repairs. Meanwhile, Nicole was in constant contact with me keeping me up to speed on everything. She then calls and tells me had already found another engine that had half the miles mine had and were replacing the whole thing and that we would be square. I was blown away that they went to these lengths to make it right for the customer! Nicole, Dave, and the crew run one honest and reliable shop. I will be taking all my vehicles to this shop going forward. GB Alfredo

I know it was a big, disgusting job, but we got no complaints and the job was done well. The other car had a grinding noise that we feared was transmission related, and they quickly diagnosed the problem, called with the estimate, and fixed the problem. When I came to pick it up, Ozzie had me drive around the block to make sure they had solved the problem we were concerned about. I appreciate their integrity here, which can sometimes be hard to find. I'm not sure how the cost lines up with other shops, but it seems very reasonable. They like to make sure you only have to bring in your car once for any given issue, because they fix it right the first time. That's worth a lot in my book.
