This is a HUGE plus in my book. They also take Care Credit and send out coupons and discounts, and all the work my family has had done there has been quality work, so I can't complain. They've kindly offered many options for anxiety but they have various levels of oral medications (which I prefer). My hygienist, Lupe, has been instrumental in my ability to receive dental care. She had my teeth in excellent shape so quickly. She's been so responsive to my problems with metabolizing all of the numbing agents. Dr. Lopez performed a root canal and crown placement. I was nervous that like many before, he would tell me I wasn't feeling pain, but just pressure, and keep on working. I finally had dental care without horrible pain! I have a beautiful functional crown in my mouth as I type this. The shape was excellent and the bite. My family member had the very same work on the very same tooth the day before me but at a different provider. She's still very sore. She has pain, swelling and is having to face her severe anxiety again to get the crown seated in two weeks. Within hours I was able to eat. I awoke the next day with very minimal discomfort which was easily remedied. Im eating hard crunchy foods a day later. We paid the same market price for our work but my experience has been so positive comparatively. I feel like they've really worked with my needs when possible to get my smile healthy. Scheduling is always very quick and easy. They let me turn up my music and respond very well to needs during visits. I recommend this dentist in general but especially to those who want to feel like more than a number when receiving this type of care.

My dental hygienist is always a huge highlight of my visit, she is so skilled and knows what she's doing. The dentist was also very kind and knowledgeable, and they fixed my problems from the most rational view. As someone who normally dreads going to the dentist, I'm not upset to come here. I was 8 minutes late, for a very good reason, and she was on the phone! And can she please go ask someone, and she just said No!!! That is our policy!! So I said well can I please talk to someone else about this? And she just laughed in my face and said EVERYONE IS WITH PATIENTS! and I said "well that obviously isn't true because they were supposed to be with ME right now". And to treat a new patient this way, to have her in near tears, when they JUST said they have a clear schedule to another patient on the phone in front of me!! I risked my safety driving on a half tire to make sure I wasn't too late. But this woman JOY lied to me and disrespected me and when I asked to see the manager, the office manager came Out with a hostile attitude right away, she didnt want to hear my story at all, and didn't Care ONE BIT about my feelings or how long I had waited for this appt or just that there obviously was room to still see me, based on the call "Joy" made right in front of me..these ppl are very untrustworthy and disrespectful, and I think maybe sadistic too. But if this place is OK employing ppl who time and again treat ppl badly, like the reviews say (I'm so dumb to have ignored allllll the bad reviews!!!), then maybe they aren't good dentists either.
