Second mistake. After doing the procedures and paying multiple thousands of dollars, they have the audacity to come and ask for an additional $2,000. We talked to another dentist after the fact who said that although he can't say for certain without first hand knowledge, he doubted can't of the procedures were necessary. What I like about them is that they do a thorough exam and then give you a print out of exactly what you need done along with the prices of each item. They also tell you how much your insurance will cover. And then YOU have the option of having what you want done, so basically, NO SURPRISES when you have to pay the bill. This is a HUGE plus in my book. They also take Care Credit and send out coupons and discounts, and all the work my family has had done there has been quality work, so I can't complain.
