I found this office on YELP with now reviews and then went to Google and made my deciding factor when I saw they offered 65.00 full X-ray and first time visit consultation. On my arrival they gave me nice first time visitors gift and a dental goodie bag to take home! First I want to give a huge compliment to what I would call a truly amazing staff ! And Dr. Bryan Hill kudos to you. Thank you for calling me the night before my appt personally to say hello and introduce yourself what a nice caring touch. Now won't get into details about my dental history it's complicated. But fears of having work done was met with such kindness and compassion that I have to mention. This office has a "comfort menu" which I'll post that is a caring touch especially for patients like me. I enjoyed my hot neck roll and the jaw comfort pads. My exam was very very comprehensive and the cleaning was exceptionally comfortable and trust me ! Shawana you rock ! Overall I'm sure you can tell I can't say enough about that staff with several members having over 20 years dedication to the practice! They were very thorough and professional and were able to answer all of my many questions. I had 2 extractions, and headed to the lake to meet family. I did followed all of their instructions and 2 days later everything is just fine, I did not and do not except any problems, it was a breeze. Dr. Scott M Hager was the Dentist who took care of me and I highly recommend him, his Assistant Bob and their whole staff. Just super frustrated that they have broke in the safe place 3 times within 2 years and all I eat is soft stuff maybe besides chips. Just wish they could stand behind the quality of thier work now I have to try and gorilla glue them together till I can find a denture place to get me in and have to go to work possibly without them which I work at a school with special needs kids and I'm probably going to horrify them and freak them out if I cant​ wear my teeth. The office and equipment are new and state-of-the-art, and both Bryan and Mary spend considerable time on continuing education learning the most up to date methods and use of materials in their practice. In reference to a one-star review below, I am offended for these dental professionals to have anyone even suggest that they would recommend unnecessary dental repair work--this is absolutely never the case where my family's 10+ years of experience here is concerned! What I like about them is that they do a thorough exam and then give you a print out of exactly what you need done along with the prices of each item. They also tell you how much your insurance will cover. And then YOU have the option of having what you want done, so basically, NO SURPRISES when you have to pay the bill. This is a HUGE plus in my book. They also take Care Credit and send out coupons and discounts, and all the work my family has had done there has been quality work, so I can't complain. Usually really short wait times, too, when they schedule your appointment they are ready for you right away which is also nice.
