I found this office on YELP with now reviews and then went to Google and made my deciding factor when I saw they offered 65.00 full X-ray and first time visit consultation. On my arrival they gave me nice first time visitors gift and a dental goodie bag to take home! First I want to give a huge compliment to what I would call a truly amazing staff ! And Dr. Bryan Hill kudos to you. Thank you for calling me the night before my appt personally to say hello and introduce yourself what a nice caring touch. Now won't get into details about my dental history it's complicated. But fears of having work done was met with such kindness and compassion that I have to mention. This office has a "comfort menu" which I'll post that is a caring touch especially for patients like me. I enjoyed my hot neck roll and the jaw comfort pads. My exam was very very comprehensive and the cleaning was exceptionally comfortable and trust me ! Shawana you rock ! Overall I'm sure you can tell I can't say enough about that staff with several members having over 20 years dedication to the practice! They were very thorough and professional and were able to answer all of my many questions. I had 2 extractions, and headed to the lake to meet family. Dr. Scott M Hager was the Dentist who took care of me and I highly recommend him, his Assistant Bob and their whole staff. They take all your insurance money and their work is awful. I had $7000 insurance coverage last year. They used it all. And I also had to pay them more than $570 out of my pocket. They took all my teeth out, gave me upper dentures. That was in November of last year. I still have gagging problems. They forgot to take one of the pins out of my upper gums. The bottom dentures didn't fit so they made me new ones but it took from November until April and they still don't fit. They hurt so much, I can't wear them. And now they have used all my insurance money for this year. When I told them the teeth still hurt, the dentist told me to wear them for awhile and if they still hurt to bring them back in. What kind of doctor does that. The bottom dentures hurt my gums so bad that they gave me blisters. I live in senior housing and several of the women here got their teeth pulled and both upper and lower dentures for less than $3500. Now they tell me I owe them more than $200. I called my insurance company and had them look at my bill and the insurance guy told me that I only owe them $58. They're still billing me for $220. I don't trust them at all. Also, I told them the first time I saw them that I have fibromyalgia and having shots in my mouth before caused me to have pain for a full month afterwards. Obviously they didn't care because he used some kind of machine that gave me all the shots in less than 5 minutes. I'm really done dealing with them. I have no idea what I'm going to do. Bright Now!
