Once you walk up to this place it is such a nice vibe. Plenty of seating outside if you want to sit there and eat your ice cream. The young lady who took our order was very nice and friendly! I would say the ice cream was delicious but for the price I was expecting the quality of the ice cream to be a little bit better. Still a very nice place to have some nice cold ice cream!
There was a little bit of a wait before I could place my order through the drive thru but the worker was super polite about it and apologized for the delay. The option to walk up to the window was also available but avoiding the heat was my goal! Ordered a kid's cup of pistachio ice cream with marshmallow cream and it was delicious! Good size portion for the price. Staff member at the window was SO sweet and offered my small pup a pup cup (he was extremely thankful) and it had the cutest little dog treat on top! Will definitely be back as it was a great experience overall!
This is one of our go to places when we need a nice cold treat. Their freshly made ice cream is always good and perfectly blended. I love how they have rotating flavors and so many to choose from. I tend to gravitate towards anything chocolate but one day tried the Blueberry Cobbler and absolutely loved it. The swirls of blueberry in the vanilla ice cream along with bits of cookie made the perfect combination. We frequent this location because of the convenient drive thru and the super friendly staff. If you come here often like we do, consider signing up for their rewards program to earn points for $5 off.
I had not been here in a few years but my daughter requested it! We sampled a few different ice creams and they tasted amazing! I loved the chocolate peanut butter with buckeyes! We were so excited - but I ordered a cake cone and the associate had put it in a waffle cone, I didn't want the extra charge and I reminded him that I ordered a cake cone... so he quickly DUMPED the waffle cone into a cake cone! I was shocked as it didn't fill up the cone and he said he would make a new one. He proceeded to make a new cake cone & it was super drippy.... So I asked for a bowl to put it in and you can see you SOUPY it was! I asked about it being so runny and he said they had just cleaned out all of the containers and they may not have gotten cold enough. I was super disappointed in my ice cream being so runny. He did not charge me for mine, but overall it was just not a great experience. My daughter did love her waffle cone bowl. We will be back to try it again but it was disappointing to have such melted ice cream.
Great customer service by the entire staff. Shoutout to Sierra for her kindness and care while attending to my party. I chose on this special visit the cookies & cream ice cream cone...Delicious! The new drive thru addition made this year has added to the overall appeal of the establishment. Comfy summer night topped off with some tasty refreshing Brusters ice cream! Can't wait for that next yummy scoop and cone!
One of our fave after-dinner spots. We have so many fond memories bringing our two dogs here. Sadly, our elderly dog has passed away but we still keep up the tradition of bringing our baby Hazel to get her birthday treat from Bruster's. My daughter and I treated ourselves to cookie dough ice cream and a hot fudge brownie sundae. Soooo delicious! Staff is always so friendly too. FYI: There are benches in the front to sit and enjoy dessert, also tables with umbrellas in the back, pet friendly, gives Military discount.
The customer service here is impeccable! You wouldn't think so with young people working but they are very well trained and polite. Their parents must've raised them right! The ice cream is always so good and fresh. My favorite part of all though is they have ice cream for the puppers! The staff treats our dogs like they are our children like we do so extra points for that!

Great ice cream and love how they have a variety of flavors, mixes and types of ice cream. They have shakes, sundaes, cakes, blasts, etc. So many flavors from peanut butter, dark chocolates, non-dairy ice creams, birthday cake, etc. You can also visit their website to see more. I got the Death by Chocolate Waffle which consisted of Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa, Chocolate Chunks, Chocolate Krispies in Chocolate Ice Cream with Brownie Bits. Absolutely amazing! Love it! The staff was also wonderful and you could try samples! They also follow the covid guidelines as well. I will be coming back for more of this!
If you want real ice cream come here. They always have amazing customer service! I love to get samples and they don't mind at all. Loved that they brought Rocky Road back I needed that!!

I give them a 4.5 but Yelp--nevermind Overall- great food but not a kid friendly environment and u can wait a lot of bit. A few operation changes will make them 5 stars. Food: their ice cream is DELICIOUS especially the parlor style traditional ice cream. There are many flavors to choose from. I normally get the banana split, brownie earthquake or the Carmel turtle with a baked brownie at the bottom on a waffle bowl. You can smell FRESH baked cake and brownies as you're walking up. I WISH they would sell them as a baked dessert options. My teenagers get the Italian ice bc they like the consistency more than Jeremiah's. HOWEVER, they only have two flavors of Italian ice, so they are "blue popped out Kids get a FREE scoop under a certain height. THIS IS PERFECT FOR BABY. Vanilla scoop w/ sprinkles Operation: the LINE gets pretty LONG at peak hours (they need to adopt a chick fila model or something) you can be waiting awhile since everything is custom order or offer a walk up iPad style ordering tool at the window (like MCD). There staff is super FRIENDLY (rare for this side of town). Seating: for the amount of traffic they have seating is spare. 3/10 times I have gone and actually sat down. I just stand up and try to enjoy my ice cream...I spend most of the time chasing my toddler and stopping her from running into the street PLEASE MAKE A CLOSED IN AREA WITH A GATE. It's not kid friendly at all but there are whole bunch of kids there. Siting at the shaded table...I have never sat at the shaded tables. I don't like eating my ice cream in the car most of the time I have to enjoy melted ice cream and remember what it tastes like fresh if I would have just stood up at the establishment. (It feels like it is supposed to be an adult or young adult dating spot)
Wanted to check this place out for a long time and with the weather so warm it seemed to be the perfect time to check them out! There are so many options to choose from I was torn from what to order. We ended up getting a kid's dino sundae. It came with vanilla ice cream, toppings, and a green dinosaur cookie . My husband went with the suggestion of the staff to get the peanut butter chocolate sundae both say it tastes like Reese's peanut butter cup. My daughter and I shared the strawberry shortcake sundae. This is very large the cake was moist and served with tons of strawberries and whipped cream.
Discovered this place and had to recommend to friends and friends brought me friends. I went back today for a waffle cone with chocolate mudslide phenomenal. Ice cream brings me joy and this is my new favorite one. Be back next week to bring ice to my Chiropractors office to the ladies that make me feel better physically.
The freshest most creamy and delicious ice cream in the city. There is not a better spot for real ice cream in the city. They also have delicious and creative monthly specials. You can even get a treat for your four legged friend :) I am an ice cream fiend, it's my go to dessert and when I travel, I rate your city based on their ice cream. Don't miss out, treat yourself.
Late night fudge brownie sundae and it had lots of whipped cream and it was so good. The drive-thru was quick and had to pay cash and the correct change was given. This Bruster's location is a cool spot to hang-out with friends as there is an outdoor seating at the front and back. read more

Yeah! They got the parking lot fixed, and it is no longer a hassle, or making you feel like you were in the midst of a crime scene, with the yellow tape everywhere. Also, I signed up for their rewards, and got $3 off my first purchase, and they have an excellent point system. That doesn't feel like it takes forever and a year to get a reward! They serve samples, So if your favorite is not available, you can sample one of the other ones! My favorite is still lemon berry cake, and white raspberry truffle. And I will see if that changes with any fall flavors! I honestly haven't had a flavor I didn't like. read more
A quick trip to Brusters for strawberry shortcake. I love then strawberries. We were ordering when we saw the waffles being made fresh. Always worth the trip in the early afternoon or late evening Brusters hit the spot. There is so much to chose from. I gotta love those strawberries! read more

This was the worst brownie sundae ever. I was very disappointed. I went through the drive-thru. I normally go to the counter but it was raining. No receipt. $7 and change for ice cream that was not good. There was a hair in the lid. The brownie was hard. I won't be back. I have been here at least three times, and I have not experienced anything like this ever. read more

I took my baby girl to get her first ice cream today. Service was great you can sample flavors and they have a baby scoop which is free! It comes in a cone but of course having a one year old we got it in a cup. I had a scoop of the cookie butter ice cream in a waffle bowl and she had the cake batter and it was amazing. I'd definitely come back and I'm mad it took me years of driving by to finally stop and give it a try! read more

Fantastic Ice cream! There is bound to be a flavor for everyone. There are so many concoctions that it can be so hard to choose. I have had the ice cream cones, I have gotten pints to go and I have ordered a birthday cake. The employees have always been very friendly and are great helping you figure out what you want if you are indecisive. The birthday cakes are massive and so rich. It cake take a while to eat one even with a few people. They really pack in the ice cream and fudge layers. You can order ahead which is great and they are completely customizable. The cherry ice cream is to die for. If you love black cherries definitely give it a try. The mudslide is my new guilty pleasure! The lines can take a while if there are a lot of people and while there are a couple benches and umbrellas it would be nice to have a table especially on hot days when you don't want the kids in the car with their ice cream. Only 1 due to the regular 3 scoop serving size. Whit's Custard is literally across the street, same price range better. Originally offer replacement but owner decided later it was not part of policy. Not the Bruster's knew in GA and TN. Blessings to the young ladies working hard to make money for their franchise owner. read more
