Saw a 4.6 star review and didn't think twice to go there . Parking was adequate .. we got to park right next to the shop. Service was good billing was quick too. Menu items are right next to the place to order . We got a wide range of ice creams - Indian flavor - tutti fruity , and then the kids got mint ice cream , strawberry , chocolate etc . They liked it . Tutti fruity was ok .. not the best but It was good enough. All other ice creams were good and tasted like home made .. quantity was a problem. It was really less for the price . In other ice cream shops like baskin Robbin's, they give a big scoop ! Mint ice cream had less sweet and was average . Overall we liked the experience. read more

They have no bathroom for the public at this eating establishment. That's really disgusting. You should be able to wash your hands. Also, if you have sticky hands afterwards, you should be able to wash before you drive home. This is just laziness on the part of the business and staff. read more

I went last Thursday and brought a couple bananas because Thursday's are 1/2 priced banana splits if you bring your own banana. That's BANANAS! This place has awful service. There were three workers and one girl was on her apple watch almost the ENTIRE time. Once it came to my turn after 30 minutes I got a cone and she didn't even bother pushing my ice cream down inside of the cone and the best part of getting a cone is the ice cream at the very bottom. Ordered an oreo cake for my son's 8th birthday. It looked exactly like the cake on the site, it was decorated and ready when I picked it up, and it taste fantastic! My son said it was the best birthday cake ever. The owner was super nice when I picked up the cake making sure I was happy with the decorations before I left. A few years ago, I bought some sundaes at this Bruster's and the teenage girl at the register charged me TWICE for the sundaes. Except, the first time she ran my card, she ran it for $75 when the actual total was $7.50. She obviously knew she ran it wrong the first time and said NOTHING. I didn't find out until I was looking at my bank account online and noticed the mistake. I spoke to the manager of this store and he kept blowing me off, saying he had to get the receipt for his account and he would call me when he had it. I'm a recent transplant in ATL and my first time hitting up Brusters was on my way home from a hike that lasted way to long. It was magical. Chocolate Peanut Butter heaven that hit the spot after 4 hours of meandering along a trail. Then randomly last night I needed ice cream. I've never needed something so bad in my life! So I made the 20 minute trek to Brusters. This time I went for their Brownie Sundae and the brownie was gooey and wonderful. I just... I just love it. Anyway...
