Best ice cream! Homemade and you can tell because of the way it's so smooth and creamy. Wow. The service was great as well. They stay busy and they move quickly. Everyone was very nice. The ambiance is similar to a day outside when the ice cream truck pulls up. Just a vibe. They have tables and benches and it is all outdoor seating. They do not have an inside for guests They have and will continue to see me. read more

Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Small cone - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Conyers, Georgia

This was my 1st time at Brusters. I never even heard if it until a few wks ago. My friend & her kids were headed to my place and her son was so excited about what was next to cracker barrel. When I looked over I saw the B but i thought of burts bees & asked why is he excited about lip balm. She gave me a look lol and said girl that is Brusters and its ice cream. OOOH MY FAULT Any way my daughter is here visiting and we both love food so I told her lets go grab some ice cream. We both ordered the banana split. The young lady that took our order was moving rather slow as she was on her phone. And I saw a guy making what I didnt realize at the time was 1 of ours banana splits. I was like HUBBA HUBBA whats that hes making. Once I saw the bananas added im like oh thats gotta be ours & when the young lady followed suit i was all to excited like a kid in a candy store. Now we're home and enjoying some fresh soft served ice cream. Its very good. Now I know why my friends son was so excited when he seen it. My next visit I'll try the cotton candy explosion. read more

I absolutely love this location. The service is always amazing and of course I love the ice cream. My godson likes to come here and get the dinosaur. My favorite is a waffle cone with three scoops. I switch up the flavors most times, but I usually get cookies n cream, pralines n cream, and mint chocolate cookie. This location is close to the highway and they have lots of parking. It's easy to get in and out. The prices are on target for what they sell in this current market. I didn't pay over $15 for both of our ice creams. I like how they still decorate the windows with the menu items. It's classic, but makes it super easy to decide what you want. From what I could see through the window, the space was clean and O did see the employees washing their hands and also cleaning the scoopers. Ice cream is my favorite dessert, so I'll be back again soon. read more

Bruster's Real Ice Cream is a long standing chain of ice cream shops and this particular location in Conyers, Georgia is a testament to why this ice cream stand has become such a beloved institution. While I am not a big dessert person when it comes to things like cakes and candy, ice cream has always been a love of mine. And while I can appreciate the trend towards a more upscale presentation of ice cream, there is something to be said about these old school ice cream shops (and we cannot fail to mention here their significantly better pricing). Bruster's Real Ice Cream is similar to the ice cream shops of those wonderful yesterdays when I embraced my youth and few things were better than ice cream on a hot summer day. As adults Hood overtook me, the day-to-day mechanisms of modern life pushed aside a lot of that childhood innocence, but stopping at this Bruster's Real Ice Cream brought back fond memories of those wonderful days. I would definitely recommend a visit to this particular location. read more

Loved the blue raspberry sherbet that I had. I went two days in a row ‍. My sister didn't care for her hot fudge sundae. The fudge was thick and not hot at all. read more

Usually don't go here, always a massive line. I bet my son it wouldn't be a line today and I lost. Hella good ice cream he had 3 scoops of chocolate chip and I had a small bruster m&m blast, so good. We live about 10 minutes away my m&m had melted but it's cool I'm sure flavor is still in there. Location been there for years, give it a try. read more

We arrived about 30 minutes before closing so the staff was seemingly kind of short with us when we asked questions but maybe she just talks very fast. I ordered the two featured flavors Coconut Cream Pie and Key-lime Pie in a small waffle cone! Although I'm a key-lime fan the coconut cream pie was a hit, coconut ice cream mixed with marshmallow swirls and crunchy pie pieces. We sat outside enjoying the breeze and our ice cream. read more

The young ladies who serve are always nice but we learned if we leave a tip on our card the manager gets the tip and they only get two dollars a day I don't agree with this at all we will always live cash from now own. read more

My go-too for ice cream . Great location from the Interstate 20. Usually, it's not packed when I decide to go. The staff is the young age group, so glad to help them learn future tips, etc. The area is quiet and in front of apartments, cracker barrel , and uhaul . You can have your cracker barrel, go get dessert, and move yourself along. read more

The ice cream here is absolutely amazing! You can tell that there was so much effort put into it! There are so many options for ice cream! Including non-dairy so that everyone can enjoy! The workers are amazing people as well! Plus, if you appear before closing, the luminescence gives an amazing atmosphere! I would definitely recommend Brusters!! read more

First time at this location...School is definitely out for Summer. There were about 25 kids waiting in line as I pulled up. I sat there for 20 min and realized only 1 cashier was working. I decided to leave. read more

Really good ice cream. There is always a line but it moves really fast. It's just what it claims to be, fresh, made on site, premium ice cream. I had the key lime pie. It was a milder flavor than I expected, but it was not underwhelming. My husband had his usual boring Neapolitan ( vanilla-chocolate-strawberry) he said it was amazing. "So much better than store bought ". read more

Brewster's is amazing. Real hand packed ice cream with all the fixings. Milk shakes, and a whole lot of flavors. The ice cream is amazing, Im just not used to cream being this good. Not to mention it's like 90 degrees in Georgia today it was right on time. Next time I'll try a milk shake and desert. Stay tuned! read more

This store should not receive any rating the customer service is one for the books we got to this location right at 10pm expecting to get service as the location states that closing is at 10:30 pm once in line the staff was cleaning up the store and not serving any customers laughing taking on there phones, and moving very slow did not pay much attention to this as I was expected to get service, to my surprise at 10:28 a rude girl came to the window and said this is our last customer that is at the window and we are not taking no one else there was around 13 more customer's in line waiting in line before 10:30 to be served. As a customer tried to speak with this young lady she walked away and then the lights went out this is the last time I will be going to this location. when customer come out for a service they are expected to be served and treated with respect especially if they have taken there littles ones out for treats. read more

$4.16 for the tiniest scoop I've ever had in my life. Not worth it at all. At least cold stone and other places mix things in with it. I'm very disappointed. Go somewhere else. read more

I typically frequent this establishment and with each encounter received nothing less than excellent customer service. Today, however, this level of frequency will end. With today's current pandemic, none of the associates inside the establishment had on masks. To further complicate things, the associates on duty allowed a gentleman who was in line ordering (who either works there or has worked there) enter the building without washing his hands or with a mask on to complete his order. That's correct! He was allowed to enter the building from the outside, no mask, no washing of his hands and proceeded to the line to make his own item. HOW UNSANITARY! The entire shop is now possibly compromised. After this occurred, customers (including my wife and I) left without ordering. More consideration should have been exuded to protect themselves as well customers from the possibility of infection. read more

Just wanted to give customers a heads up....False advertising!!! Website states Thursday is 1/2 off Banana Splits when you bring your own Banana....well totally untrue. I stopped by Walmart picked me up a fresh Banana and went over all ready for my 1/2 off split to be turned away. :o( I explained what was featured on the website and the cashier was like...we don't do that anymore more. Needless to say I suggested that she advise Mr. Patel the owner to change the website. I have supported this location all summer through the COVID-19 PANDEMIC and this is the service I get...very disappointed and not sure I will be returning. Very disappointed in the website for not being accurate read more

I was in Conyers visiting my aunt and uncle when I drove past this place o the way to their subdivision. I was intrigued, two of my favorite things, Ice Cream and not getting out of my car. It took several attempts to get the ice cream, the first time was on a Friday night. I had my kids in the car and afer sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, I backed out and left. I would have left earlier, but there was some one behind me, who eventually backed out as well. I tried again that saturday to the same effect, but this time I got out of the car and stood there, and THAT took forever. I didn't actually get to eat the ice cream until I was leaving town on Sunday. Best cheesecake ice cream ever ( at least at the moment). My favorite part, the graham cracker crumbs that were stirred in. I enjoyed the ice cream and would go back again if I was ever in the area, but I doubt it. as I plan to not ever go back to Atlanta. This was part of my "Farewell to the South" tour read more

Today I frequented this establishment to buy ice cream. There was a line and there were 5 workers inside 2 in which were taking orders the others cleaning up to close. I waited patiently as it was getting chilly but I was very frustrated at the lack of customer service and consideration for the customers who were trying to purchase ice cream. I told the employee that things could have been done better than having us waiting in a line with so many workers because as I stated it was very inconsiderate to us. The young lady apologized then another employee stated not to tell her anything because that's not their problem and I needed to speak with a manager In which that is who I asked for in the beginning and was told a manager was not on duty. The employee became  rude and aggressive I told her I don't understand why she was even speaking to me at all when I was talking to the other young lady. I bring my family here almost every weekend. Never until today has the service been so very horrible. I'm not sure what changes are going ok with this location but the lack of c service has completely turned me off from this location. read more

I typically do not waste my time writing reviews but the young lady (Emily) who served me today was very nasty to say the least. I have never experienced such bad energy and absolute rubbish for customer service. I am still appalled by the behavior of this young lady. This location must do better. I am left with a bad taste in my mouth-I will not be returning to this location. Conyers Georgia location read more

This place has great ice cream and I also really enjoy their sherbert! Everything looks clean and the menu is easy to read. The employees are really nice too. I decided to go to Brusters because of their delicious White Turtle I had on April 7 2018 at a birthday party. So I decided to try the one in Conyers near me. That was the wrong thing to do.
