This was my 1st time at Brusters. I never even heard if it until a few wks ago. My friend & her kids were headed to my place and her son was so excited about what was next to cracker barrel. When I looked over I saw the B but i thought of burts bees & asked why is he excited about lip balm. She gave me a look lol and said girl that is Brusters and its ice cream. OOOH MY FAULT Any way my daughter is here visiting and we both love food so I told her lets go grab some ice cream. We both ordered the banana split. The young lady that took our order was moving rather slow as she was on her phone. And I saw a guy making what I didnt realize at the time was 1 of ours banana splits. I was like HUBBA HUBBA whats that hes making. Once I saw the bananas added im like oh thats gotta be ours & when the young lady followed suit i was all to excited like a kid in a candy store. I absolutely love this location. The service is always amazing and of course I love the ice cream. My godson likes to come here and get the dinosaur. My favorite is a waffle cone with three scoops. I switch up the flavors most times, but I usually get cookies n cream, pralines n cream, and mint chocolate cookie. This location is close to the highway and they have lots of parking. It's easy to get in and out. The prices are on target for what they sell in this current market. I didn't pay over $15 for both of our ice creams. I like how they still decorate the windows with the menu items. It's classic, but makes it super easy to decide what you want. From what I could see through the window, the space was clean and O did see the employees washing their hands and also cleaning the scoopers. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing so the staff was seemingly kind of short with us when we asked questions but maybe she just talks very fast. I ordered the two featured flavors Coconut Cream Pie and Key-lime Pie in a small waffle cone! This store should not receive any rating the customer service is one for the books we got to this location right at 10pm expecting to get service as the location states that closing is at 10:30 pm once in line the staff was cleaning up the store and not serving any customers laughing taking on there phones, and moving very slow did not pay much attention to this as I was expected to get service, to my surprise at 10:28 a rude girl came to the window and said this is our last customer that is at the window and we are not taking no one else there was around 13 more customer's in line waiting in line before 10:30 to be served. As a customer tried to speak with this young lady she walked away and then the lights went out this is the last time I will be going to this location. when customer come out for a service they are expected to be served and treated with respect especially if they have taken there littles ones out for treats. read more

I typically frequent this establishment and with each encounter received nothing less than excellent customer service. Today, however, this level of frequency will end. With today's current pandemic, none of the associates inside the establishment had on masks. To further complicate things, the associates on duty allowed a gentleman who was in line ordering (who either works there or has worked there) enter the building without washing his hands or with a mask on to complete his order. That's correct! He was allowed to enter the building from the outside, no mask, no washing of his hands and proceeded to the line to make his own item. HOW UNSANITARY! The entire shop is now possibly compromised. After this occurred, customers (including my wife and I) left without ordering. More consideration should have been exuded to protect themselves as well customers from the possibility of infection. read more

I was in Conyers visiting my aunt and uncle when I drove past this place o the way to their subdivision. I was intrigued, two of my favorite things, Ice Cream and not getting out of my car. It took several attempts to get the ice cream, the first time was on a Friday night. I had my kids in the car and afer sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, I backed out and left. I would have left earlier, but there was some one behind me, who eventually backed out as well. I tried again that saturday to the same effect, but this time I got out of the car and stood there, and THAT took forever. I didn't actually get to eat the ice cream until I was leaving town on Sunday. Best cheesecake ice cream ever ( at least at the moment). Today I frequented this establishment to buy ice cream. There was a line and there were 5 workers inside 2 in which were taking orders the others cleaning up to close. I waited patiently as it was getting chilly but I was very frustrated at the lack of customer service and consideration for the customers who were trying to purchase ice cream. I told the employee that things could have been done better than having us waiting in a line with so many workers because as I stated it was very inconsiderate to us. The young lady apologized then another employee stated not to tell her anything because that's not their problem and I needed to speak with a manager In which that is who I asked for in the beginning and was told a manager was not on duty. The employee became  rude and aggressive I told her I don't understand why she was even speaking to me at all when I was talking to the other young lady. I bring my family here almost every weekend. Never until today has the service been so very horrible.
