The man looked really frustrated, so I repeated my son so he could hear clearly. I noticed that even though there were no customers that it wasnt the cleanest place so I wouldn't buy any ice cream from here but I thought it's just a pre-made cone. They had small and large, my son said large please. The man snapped, "NO, you'll have the small", now mind you at this point I was really ready to turn tf around bc who tf are you speaking to and why if you have both sizes could he not choose the larger one. But I still kept my cool, then he said well. you can't buy it anyway bc it's only .80 and u can't put it on a card. We'll, had you asked lm sure l could've found a dollar in my purse AND YOU are supposed to pay your own fees on card usage not pass that along to the customer but it was God saying do not let your son eat ANYTHING from this place. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND! We were the only customers at the time, so they definitely heard us. We asked a few questions, but the girl that was helping us just looked like she didn't want to be there, and the lady who I'm assuming is the owner never really looked our way until we asked about a Pearls flavor. There was no welcome no thank you no goodbye. The kids said their Boba and ice cream tasted good. Customer Service just needs to be improved. You have to act like you want to be there even if you don't. People stared a lot, but it truly seemed out of curiosity because it seemed like a tight community, which we don't really see anymore. The shop: Very Instagram worthy. When I saw the place, I knew they sold cupcakes or something. A place that fun looking doesn't sell vegan entrees, but VEGAN options are available! Didn't see that coming... Customer service: We we're helped by Tamika. As soon as we got there, she opened the little window and greeted us with a big smile. They chose the right person to greet customers. She seemed so down to earth and eager to make our experience awesome. We appreciated that since we landed on this place after departing early from the 2022 Carnival nearby. Desserts: I tried to take a pic of as much as the menu as possible. For such a small shop, they have a lot of options. We got the Dole frozen sherbet (pineapple, pomegranate, and orange). BF loved my pomegranate (which he proceeded to keep dipping into) and I thought the pineapple tasted so superb! Never tasted a better pineapple sherbet, and I'm a sugar head, so that's a lot of comparisons. Would I recommend? Absolutely. Will I be back? Most likely. It's such a cool spot to hang out. Seems also very kid friendly and dog friendly. Enjoy!

It sucked because I was looking forward to trying them again. If they are open, maybe there's some information that I am missing?

She did her best to get the last of the caramel sauce out of the squeeze bottle, and she was very apologetic. If based on solely on our interaction with her, I would have given this place a 5 star. It's been a while since I have visited, and while they were well stocked with ice cream flavors, their toppings were more limited than I remember. Their lack of banana and caramel sauce prevented me from ordering my favorite combination. The place was clean, and even though they were unpacking inventory, it was easy to access the ice cream flavors and place an order. I will give them another try because of their customer service.
