Vic's team painted the whole house and garage as well as performed some cosmetic repairs. They added a support to a sagging deck railing, fixed a door that was stuck shut, patched all the large cracks in the stucco and around the rear door, and also replaced about 20 feet of rotten wood trim and fascia. From beginning to end the entire crew was very clean and organized. The end result was exactly what we asked for and Vic delivered 100% as promised and ahead of schedule.

Seems like it takes them at least two times to get the job done right. Anyway, they worked on my storage / utility cabinet once before. However, when it rained, the water continued to leak inside. In July 2026, they replaced the roofing on this storage unit. Hopefully, they did it right this time. They also removed an ornamental vinyl beam and trellis by my patio entry door and painted my patio area. In doing so, they gouged my window frame. I notified the property management company and nothing but silence from SCC. Again, I did not hire them and would never do so. Attached, pictures of my gouged window frame, and a few photos of their handy work throughout my area of the complex (asphalt patching, clubhouse roof repair with dripping sealant tar, neighbor's repaired storage area). I would give them zero stars if Google allowed it and would never choose the vendor if paying out of pocket. In fairness, they did a good job of painting which is probably where they have expertise. I consider this company a Second Chance or Second Choice contractor. If for whatever reason your HOA selects this vendor, be sure to hold them accountable as much as possible!

Brandon's services are fantastic and I look forward to continuing to work with him…read more I've heard enough horror stories about home ownership and large-scale fixes to be fairly apprehensive when I purchased my home here in Whittier back in Feb 2022. Brandon completed a fairly comprehensive bathroom renovation (tiles, shower replacement, etc.). The experience was flawless, the communication was persistent, and the pricing was extremely competitive (Brandon even turned over a surprise savings he encountered, something I imagine most contractors would not do). Since then, I've completed a variety of work with Brandon ranging from caulk fixes around the bathtub to completely renovating our garage (new door, insulation, dry wall, electrical, and epoxied floors). Brandon is an honest and hardworking partner. Where his expertise ends, he knows just who else to bring in from his network and he will get the job done. I cannot recommend him more!

The team of two highly skilled painters reported to a foreman who took the time to walk us through every area and even discovered defects in our door that we're initially missed during our first walk through of our new home. He provided sample paints that we could chose so we could paint small areas in various rooms to showcase the lighting on the colors. This process and the keen eye of the painters resulted in the classy look we were hoping to find. The price was reasonable and flexible. We highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.

They pulled the glass top off (annoying, because it was glued in place) and put down masking paper. The paper stuck in the adhesive. After trying multiple adhesive removers, I contacted the owner, who blew me off. Take responsibility!

After putting flooring in just 1/4 or 1/3 of our house he stopped coming for several weeks! We were left with a partial floor and he wouldn't answer calls or texts. When they finally came back after a month he had the excuse that he and all his crew had a sore throat. After finally completing the rest of the flooring, the doors on my daughters closet were so tight that they literally were stuck in place. His crew were going to leave it that way and said there was nothing they could do! We pushed back and said they couldn't leave with a closet full of my daughters things that she could no longer get to! They said there was nothing they could do. We insisted that they try again to adjust the doors which thy finally did and the doors work fine, but they were planning on leaving them no longer working! As they were finishing we noticed the flooring in the kitchen was making loud cracking and popping sounds every time we walked on it. Alex had one of his workers cut out a couple planks (taking off the interlocking edges),and glued them back down. (It is meant to be a floating floor!) within a day or two they were popping and cracking again but even worse now and it is spreading to many other planks. As soon as he got his money he disappeared. He wont answer any calls or texts or messages. We are very frustrated to say the least and will now need to talk to the contractors state license board and his bond company and other avenues because our floor can not stay this way! It you are even thinking about doing business with Odvin "Alex"ander Casimiro Rosales and Pristine Flooring, DON'T! I wish someone had warned us and saved us from this experience. He talks a good game and seems so nice but the skill of his workmanship is not good, he doesn't stand behind his work, and as soon as he gets your money he will disappear. To not even respond to so many efforts to reach out and try to work out a solution is really unbelievable! It has been over a month of trying to contact Alex and he clearly has no interest in being a reputable, reliable or responsible business. After my experience I have looked him up on other review sites and see that others have had the same experience as me, so his terrible flooring installation skills and customer service is obviously the way he operates. I wish I had known all this before I hired him!!!!
