The problem was that, despite how crowded the store was during my visit, employees had pallets and merchandise on the floor while restocking shelves. With this much demand, when is the right time to keep shelves fully stocked? I don't know if there is a right time, but I do know that all these boxes were causing a great deal of foot traffic and a hazardous environment.
