The best brunch in town. Concocted with care and creativity, it's the real deal. Service is excellent, too.

Amazing Food and Service, definitely a need to visit place. We were hungry and the portions were large enough we had take home boxes.

I recommend this grab and go,to anyone I meet who asks where a good place to eat in Indiana is. On Tuesdays they also have an amazing boba tea. If you're ever in the area definitely stop in and try it. I recommend the vegan breakfast sandwich. Service is absolutely amazing and they are willing to customize orders to make the customer happy.

I'm writing in reference to Lindsey L.'s insipid one-star review of the Bodega…read more She states that she "should have been paying closer attention to the menu because [she] didn't recall it saying mayonnaise was on the breakfast sandwich." Well, "mayonnaise" wasn't on the sandwich, nor on the menu. "Dijonaise" and aioli were on both, however. All Lindsey and company had to do, which is all that anyone has to do at any business establishment, was go to the counter and ask for either a refund or a custom modification to the sandwich. And yeah... reading the menu--written in big letters and hanging on the wall--helps too. As someone who doesn't have to drive "about 40 minutes" to go to the Bodega, I'm super thankful that it's here. It's a blessing for those of us who have been thankful for ALL the businesses who have brought a new bit of life to our community. At the end of the day, people like Lindsey should be taken with the half-grain of salt they're worth. She wants you to think that the folks at the Bodega went out of their way to ruin her day. What we actually think is that she opted to announce to everyone on Yelp that she's petty and selfish. She didn't bother to read the menu, didn't ask questions, and didn't take her grievances to the store. Instead, she fired off her editorial opus and punched "one-star" because, in her world, if she's inconvenienced or made angry, then something has to burned to the ground. The Bodega is wonderful. Five-stars. People such as Lindsey are why Yelp can be awful.

Located almost directly off the registration desk for The Inn,the 2 West Bistro offers a $9.95 breakfast buffet that includes hot/cold items along with an "action station" for ready-to-make items such as pancakes, waffles and more. I ordered the buffet along with my usual unsweetened iced tea. At the time I arrived, the restaurant only had a few customers. Unlike my experience at The Fluttering Duck, service at 2 West was spot-on throughout my meal. My server was friendly, attentive, accommodating and offered me an iced tea to go in addition to my couple of refills while dining. The food ranged from decent to very good - the made-to-order waffle was the weak spot for me. It was bland and tasted like your standard issue frozen waffle. On the other hand, the buffet items included your standard breakfast items but they were tasty and I'd go back for them alone. My favorite? Probably the roasted potatoes. I also enjoyed bacon, sausage, a roll and other items. The 2 West accessibility is strong with an open concept dining area comprised of tables. The buffet areas depend upon one having motor skills, though I found it to be quite workable. I really liked 2 West Bistro, a perfect addition to The Inn at DePauw. While I did not get a chance to try out lunch/dinner options, the service alone would likely bring me back to try it again.

I understand that it's busy, but it would have been appreciated if they had called us to let us know or told us when I had called 10 minutes before we arrived, especially after going though the process of making a reservation.

Made an out of the way stop to try this place for coffee and a snack on our way home from Cataract…read moreFalls. It wasn't clear what their hours were: the website said they were open until 4pm, while the hours posted Google and on the door said 2pm, and here on Yelp it says 3pm. They also had a paper sign taped to the door saying they would close that day at 1pm. Fortunately we made it there a half hour before closing, but it would probably be a good idea for them to sort that out across the various platforms. I ordered a latte with praline syrup which was nice (the cups and lids were kind of the best I've seen at a coffee shop, which is random, but worth mentioning) as well as a bagel and a donut. The donut was a chocolate long john and I asked the person taking my order if they were filled or unfilled. They said unfilled, which is what I wanted, but when I got back to my car, it was filled. My husband went in to place his own order, so he purchased another normal chocolate frosted donut and it was fine, but I would have been bummed if I had been on my own and gotten the wrong thing. My bagel was good and my husband enjoyed the coffee and pastry he ordered, plus my reject donut. ;) Looks like it'd be a nice place to stay and enjoy a meal or do some work, as there was a whole separate sitting area upstairs.

Anyway, walked into the cutest shop with wonderful employees ready to serve. Ordered a wonderful tasting espresso to go and a couple of donuts for the road back home. Tried the sprinkle birthday cake donut and a regular yeast donut. There were many options for bread choices and saw a large open space upstairs as well as a good amount of seating downstairs. Appears you can watch the bakery working while sitting as well, which is a nice add to any cafe/coffeeshop. PROS: Space is large and inviting Friendly staff Easy parking across the street or on the street Cake donut was great, needs a few more sprinkles but great Coffee taste was great, had a double espresso so definitely tasted the coffee Breakfast sandwiches were on the menu, did not try, but great option CONS: Yeast donut- depends on what you like. It is a thicker yeast donut not the light and fluffy I can eat 10 at a sitting type of yeast, but the taste was good HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING INTO THIS ONE STOP SHOP!
