Authorized up to 4 hours of cleaning and would approve addition time if required. Specifically requested that cleaning focus on the insides of cabinets and closets. After providing instructions, I left the property and returned two days later. Cleaning review: The home had been partially cleaned and there were several areas that received a cursory, and not thorough, cleaning. The cleaners missed several big items including an entire section of cabinets in the kitchen (16 to be exact), sections of shelves undusted, and completely missed the faucets in one tub. I spent an additional 2 hours cleaning to complete the job they didn't do. Customer service review: I worked with the owner, Kelly, in an effort to resolve an unsatisfactory service. Kelly offered a $60 discount on future service. I was expecting an offer to complete the work that was partially completed instead of an invitation to reuse a company that has already provided substandard service.
