I thought the value for the deep cleaning was time efficient and they did alright work. Sometimes you just need a clean slate, and they definitely got things into a good state. Edit: Actually - I had someone do a deep clean one time before, like several years ago. That's beside the point. That's where the praise stops, though. Unfortunately, the toilette was clogged after the cleaning. After the second cleaning, the bathroom in my other toilette was clogged. I felt kind of rude asking about the first so I decided to refrain asking about the second. We use a bidet and no one is stuffing loads of toilette paper down the drain. Plus, during the first incident no one had used the toilette in that bathroom. I am nearly positive they put paper or chemicals in the toilette. The follow up cleaning jobs were really just supposed to be maintenance (floor mopping, wiping down bathroom surfaces). Both instances my entire house was reorganized more or less. All of my recycling and compost were dumped in the garbage. It is absolute chaos. I lost of prescription medication planner for a week (it was sitting in plain site and later found wedged behind a coffee maker). Both times dirty gloves and rags were draped over clean knifes in my kitchen. Both times I've had to thoroughly wash the knifes and knife block. The dishwasher was filled with additional dishes (packed over the full capacity) and just left in place. No idea what was actually clean. The sink itself was emptied of dishes queued to be washed, but not actually cleaned? It made no sense. I figured they would be moving things out of the way if you need to wipe down a surface, or pushing things to the side. However it went further than that. I still can't find my most frequently used cutting board. I am sure it will appear in some random cupboard. I am fully capable of cleaning my own home, and to a higher standard of quality. The entire point is that I'm only one person with limited time to do so. I suppose I'll just need to make that time more of a priority. Of course things are cleaner, but over 2.5 or so hours with two people I just expected things to be more thorough. Not a huge deal at fave value but this is all sort of compounding to be frank. In short, weird as hell experience, confused by the results. Don't recommend.

Two weeks after my service, I received a text message from Marli asking for me to pay her. I thought it was a mistake as I already did pay for a cleaning service I had two weeks ago immediately after the completion of the service. I had confirmed with the 3 cleaners that day that the amount I paid was the correct amount and also gave them a generous tip on top of the price of the service. On Venmo, the cleaners liked my payment and thanked me. I adhered to what I thought was my end of the bargain. Marli proceeds to tell me that the price is per cleaner per hour which is not what was originally communicated to me on the phone. The whole conversation was very odd and confusing considering it was two weeks after the service and I thought I already paid generously based on what original price that was communicated. The rest of the conversation was unprofessional with her accusing me of things I never said, such as that I told the cleaners I was going to Venmo her directly the additional amount owed. I never said that and I was just trying to understand what the heck was going on and not feel like I was being taken advantage of or being confused with another customer. She also made a comment about her workers needing the money more than I did which I thought was completely out of line. If you use Marli's cleaning service, I highly recommend you get it in writing how much is being quoted so there in no question what's being charged and no wildly unprofessional accusations. It seems like they do work under the radar on weekends and try not to keep any paper trails of transactions. It was all very shady. It wasn't about the money as I went on to Venmo the additional amount Marli claimed I owed. What upset me was how I was treated and the accusations made. I will be setting up frequent cleanings going forward but just not with this company.

We met at two properties where we were looking to switch over cleaning services and walked through discussing the current cleaning deficiencies and what BBCC could do to ensure our properties were kept in better shape and that our Trustees would be happier with. I quickly received the estimates for monthly cleaning service which also included 2x per year carpet cleaning, weekly trash and recycling take out, and an extensive first-time cleaning of the building. We immediately saw a difference in service and cleanliness of the building. Their initial clean was night and day between our old cleaners, on top of cleaning the carpets the common areas looked almost completely new! BBCC has since maintained the buildings to that level of cleanliness and been responsive to other day-to-day requests such as light bulb changing and if we have a spill or clean up in the building. We also saw a savings in our annual cleaning budget by not paying separate carpet cleaners to come out and not seeing other add-on type charges for a trash clean up, or other random but not infrequent building type issues. Additionally, they offer a 5% monthly discount by setting up automatic payment and/or paying early each month. It happened right in front of my eyes with a loud crash. Later upon inspection a piece from the front derailleur had broken off. Luis the owner was not accommodating and was quite condescending about the situation, directly saying that it was the bike's problem if it broke so easily. (How about just not dropping someone's bike to the ground?
