They told me to contact a non-existent eBay "comprehensive online portal", then stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. Based on the other Yelp reviews, it appears that this company's business involves selling reduced price bargains that may well have some type of damage. Local customers shopping at this store in person may know about Building Liquidator's "buyer beware" approach to discounted goods, but I bought the mower from them from hundreds of miles away on eBay; it was listed as "new, in the box" and I had no idea that it might have some kind of problem. When the box arrived, it had clearly been opened and resealed. I suspect now that the mower may have been a return from another customer, perhaps because of the same malfunction, and that Building Liquidators then passed it on to me. Their handling of this situation doesn't speak well for their company's customer service. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company. Customers should be aware that their state's consumer protection laws or credit card company's policies may offer them additional protection, regardless of what any particular company's policies may state.

We selected the Half Picket Calacatta Gold Marble & Thassos Marble. We paired it with Mapei Avalanche Grout and we absolutely love it!

I spoke with Luther Bellinger and he steered me right to Vicostone to try the quartz. It is a much better product and it is better for all of the cooking and baking that I like to do. We talked everything kitchens. I went to Vicostone and picked the Denali. It is very similar to the color I had in the kitchen but much prettier. It has a richness to it that is unexplainable. I also picked out a beautiful backsplash to go along with it so the fabricator was able to take care of installing everything from counters to sink to backsplash. Luther had all of the right connections in addition to the beautiful stone options they had at Vicostone. It was a great experience. Everyone was helpful and I was able to get things done on budget which is also important. I look at my kitchen now and smile every time I sit down. Up next new appliances!
