When they first opened, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Now, the staff often seem rude and unfriendly. They spend a lot of time chatting with each other while customers are waiting, which makes appointments take longer than necessary. Their responses to customers can come across as dismissive and unprofessional, making you feel like you're inconveniencing them just by asking a question. Another downside is that they don't allow customers to use the restroom, which is frustrating, especially if you've been waiting for a while. The only reason I've continued coming back is because their eyebrow threading prices are very reasonable. However, I've realized that I'd rather pay a little more somewhere else and receive excellent customer service. A good price doesn't make up for consistently poor treatment. After being a loyal customer for years, it's disappointing to say that I won't be returning. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because kindness and professionalism go a long way.

People don't believe me when I tell them it's a tattoo because April does such an amazing job at creating a natural make up look. I've gone to her twice now, once for the initial set, and another for the touch up. The picture in this post features my brows today--with absolutely no make up on!
