I got a lash lift and tint for the first time and I have super sensitive eyes and skin. Got there about 10 minutes early and everybody is so welcoming and kind. They have great music playing in the background. Super spotless clean place and smells good as you walk in, like a relaxing spa. The process took about an hour and my lashes have never looked better. I fell asleep a couple of times and will definitely be coming back every 6-8weeks. Cynthia is amazing! My lashes look so good. I have thin lashes that point down and never hold a curl. It's been about 2-3 weeks and They're still perfectly lifted. My eyes look more open and awake and I've gotten so many compliments, even when I went through a Starbucks drive through! Then the amazing personal service I received from Miss Nancy, was the most comforting and educational experience i have ever had from a brow lady. Not only did she show me how and why my brows needed certain shaping but she also gave great detail into what look properly fits my face shape! I mean WOW i have never been that Enlightened on myself. That led me to get the additive service of a brow tint, which also was what I didn't know i was missing my whole life! 10/10 would do again! I also received a facial from Miss Cynthia and Lash extensions from Miss Angelina....yes i did a full spa day! She educated me on my texture, complexity and proper care of my skin, Cynthia gave me one of the most warm and personal experience i have yet to have had with an aesthetician. She recommended me a anti-peel Chemical peel with microdermabrasion, this left my face feeling so clean and vibrant! Came to this salon for the first time yesterday since I saw that they were actually taking appointments and had great yelp reviews. I got a brow/lip wax with Nancy and she also convinced me to try a brow tint since I like my brows nice and full. I'm usually hesitant to try new places but she did such a great job and I already booked my next appointment. With the brow tint, I don't even need to fill in my brows because they look nicely shaped but not overdone. The three girls who own the salon were all there and all super friendly, they offer a full range of services. The salon was clean and they took their appointments on time. I loved this place until a few things happened. I had been coming here for a couple months, never showed up late, always tipped well, was never a no-show, until one day something came up, I wasn't able to call and let them know I wasn't going to make it. I felt awful but I got a text from the business saying they had to charge me 100% of the service fee because I was a no-show. I asked if there was any way they can charge less than that. ($100). Angelina said they can charge me 50% this time. I went on their website weeks later and saw their cancellation/no show policy is 50% of the service fee. I couldn't believe it. Why were they going to charge me 100% when on their website it clearly says 50%. Also, my appointment after my no show, Angelina walked in, saw me sitting there, didn't greet me, didn't even acknowledge me until another employee said your appointment is here. A few minutes later, I looked up and she was staring me down from afar, not in a welcoming way. Then she asked what I needed for my fill, (classic/hybrid) I said hybrid, she said are you aware of the cost of that? Like I wasn't able to afford it lol even though I had been getting hybrids all along. She also held the glue over my face the entire appointment. It was burning my nose through my mask. I really didn't appreciate any of that. That was the last time I Gave them my business. Side note: just my personal opinion. This salon is way overpriced for lashes. I have gone to other people/salons who charge less for more dramatic lashes compared to this salons "classic set". And they last longer too. read more
