She first sketches out an outline then you confirm if you like it or would want to make any adjustments. Numbing cream is applied before the Microblading begins. If you want picture perfect brows this is the person to go to. Tommy is just a truly skilled artist. I've gone to fancy and overly priced places and none of them compare to her. She just knows what looks good ... a strong (not Groucho like), well shaped, nicely arched (not overly done like Ronald McDonald) brows. Honestly I walk out feeling like a hottie patottie with my perfected brows every time. Waxing, threading, or microblading she's the IT artist. Absolutely love Tommy! I first got my brows microbladed with her several months ago, and I had never done it before so didn't really know what to expect. I was scared of getting something really unnatural that didn't fit my face, and Tommy really listened to my concerns and gave me a very natural color and shape that I love! Tommy did my brows JUST how I wanted them! Since the trend for the last two years have been the laminated fluffy brow, I haven't shaped by brows and have worked with my natural shape But before then, I had the perfect arched brow and I miss that clean shape. I have been burned by so many threading artists since I moved to studio city, and I just wanted to find someone reliable. TOMMY IS THAT PERSON! Honestly I thought this can't be true that so many people like this service this much but I get it now! She checks all the boxes! Fast? Check. Pain free? My lip always has me crying and this was the FIRST time I didn't. Check! Efficient? She knew before I could say anything exactly what I wanted! Check! Clean? She wore a mask which for me is a huge sign. I really appreciate when people are concerned with their clients health as much as theirs. 10/10 highly recommended. The only woman I have trusted to get my microblading from. Here is a photo from my touch-up! I can't wait for them to heal so I can be full glam! If you're wondering if you should go to Tommy for your brows, especially microblading, you won't regret it. She's AMAZING AND THE BEST. I've been to many of the known "influencer" type microblading artists in LA, and they all did a horrible job. Tommy SAVED my eyebrows! I had microblading done elsewhere, again not some random place, artists with thousands of followers, and they ruined my eyebrows with the shape OR their work didn't last AT ALL. We're talking multiple sessions. They kept blaming my skin type or eyebrows, absolute bs. Came to Tommy and her work was not only beautiful, but it LASTED even without a touch up. She's careful and thorough in her work and makes sure you love your results. I'm so happy I came to her for my brows and I highly recommend her. I've been going to Tommy at Oh La La for my brows and she honestly does such an amazing job every time. It's the second time I come to Tommy. I came a year and a half ago for Microblading ( and forgot to do a touch up because it was so perfect). I didnt apply ANY makeup because it looked so perfect. Just after I came a year and a half ago, people told me " you look so pretty, you did something to your hair ?" It look so natural no one could see the Microblading it's exactly what I wanted. Well, were do I even begin... I absolutely adore Tommy, i've been going to her for about 6 years now. Let me tell you that no one, absolutely no one has been able to do my brows the way she does them. My eyebrows have always been thick with no need to fill them in with brow gel, Tommy has literally an angel's touch to eyebrows. I've followed her everywhere! If I'm in a cosmetic crisis I go to her. I had never been this happy with my eyebrows. I had problem with my shape for years till I found Tommy. She gave me the shape I was wishing for . Everyone notices how my eyebrows has been changed. I also got the lash lift , which made my life alot easier. I have long lashes but straight and light she lifted and tinted it for me and they look like I got extensions. Highly recommended. Tommy is an eyebrow shaping goddess. She analyzes your face and takes into account how your eyebrows are going to look at every angle and shapes it in a way that's most flattering for your face. After she does my eyebrows I don't even need to look in the mirror because it's flawless as always. I don't know what I would do without her.
