Tomi is literally the BEST. She did my brows and lashes and I'm beyond obsessed with how they turned out. She pays so much attention to detail and makes sure everything is perfectly shaped and balanced. My brows look clean and flawless, and my lashes are full, soft, and still natural-looking. On top of that, she's so sweet and makes you feel super comfortable the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work. If you're thinking about booking with her -- DO IT. She will not disappoint

I did my browse, micro blading with Tommy. I'm very happy with the result. I will attach the picture. Also she listen to whatever you want and she does the best job. She matched the color with my hair, color and skin tone. I love the way that it came out the shape is amazing. You can see her job on your Instagram too . Before she starts. She's drawing and you will see an approval and then she will work on top of that. As you can see my picture, she's very professional. She loves whatever she do. Made an appt for today at 6pm.. I was literally on my way and was running a few minutes late. I call to give her a heads up and she just tells me, I left work at 4pm due to an 'emergency'. Wouldn't you call someone who is appointed and tell them you are leaving and cannot see me! Drove 35 min out of my way for this! Appalling read more

I made an appointment on the website, Tommy confirmed it was booked, and just hours before my appointment she cancelled with no warning and no remorse. I told her I had somewhere to be and she didn't care and instead just said she was "leaving early" .. don't even bother making an appointment. She's unprofessional and does not honor her appointments anyway. Very embarrassing for a business owner. Wish I could give zero stars. Avoid at all costs. read more

I've always struggled doing my eyebrows I've always hated how they never looked like twins more like cousins ! Until I found Tommy ! I first went to her just to get a wax, while I was there she asked if I ever thought of micro blading ? Since she had time she was able to show me how they would look if she were to do them & I liked them. After that I decided to actually go through with it and I'm so glad I did ! I love them at first I was scared because they were dark but now I'm 1 month post procedure and I'm happy to say I wake up with perfect brows everyday ! I really love Tommy! She is very talented! She does a wonderful job with my eyebrows! I never had to tell her what to do she just shapes my eye brows with my eyes pretty well! I started going to her back in 2019 when my local eye brow threading bar shut down... and with Tommy, I always leave feeling beautiful! Her prices went up in the last two or so years... (used to be $20-$25 brows and $10 for tint around 2019). Today it's $30 threading and $30 tinting, which is kind of pricey... and that doesn't include tip. She does take Zelle, Venmo, etc. so that is very convenient! I recently found out that she moved her business from Granada Hills to Valley Village, so it's a longer drive for me, but I really haven't had anyone that did that good of threading job in a very long time! I recommend her highly.. just wish pricing was back down to 2019-2020 per-pandemic because I work at a non-profit and can't spend a lot of money on self-grooming, and I pretty much go to her for special occasions (weddings-prep). But I'm always very happy with her work and highly recommend her!! read more

Ms. Tommy is an Incredibly kind and patient lady with a whole lot of talent. I was nervous and she made my anxiety go away with her very relaxed energy. She was very informative and all smiles through the whole process. I'm on day four of my healing process and look forward to how it will look in two weeks. Thank you, Tommy for helping me feel pretty. ^_^ The process itself (microblading) was not painful. I personally think threading is more painful than what I experienced. It's the second time I come to Tommy. I came a year and a half ago for Microblading ( and forgot to do a touch up because it was so perfect). I didnt apply ANY makeup because it looked so perfect. Let me tell you that no one, absolutely no one has been able to do my brows the way she does them. I did my full face threading with Tommy. You don't know how happy I am because my skin feel like it's breathing . I love it the way that she cleans the face she's very professional and fast in 10 minutes she was done and then I added two feather hair on my hair, which I will attach the picture.
