This was my first time getting a brow lamination and I'm OBSESSED!! Tiffany did such an amazing job! My brows look so pretty and perfectly lifted, I literally feel like I don't even need to wear makeup anymore because I already look so put together I'm so in love with the results that I'll definitely be coming back and making this part of my regular routine! Tiffany is so amazing, she really explains things really well and is out for my best interest. I am trying to remove the ink from my eyebrows and it is more complicated than I thought. I've already been with her for 3 sessions. Unfortunately, I didn't think i'd be going to her that many times but it is necessary and I trust her opinion. She is the best and I recommend her. read more

5 Stars! As a busy business owner, I rarely have time to keep up with my own self-care, so getting permanent makeup for my eyebrows felt like the perfect solution. I had them done before and needed correction, so I did a lot of research before choosing Tiffany Pham--and I'm SO glad I did. She's incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and honest, which made me feel completely confident in her hands. Tiffany expertly corrected the color and gave my brows a slightly fuller shape that looks amazing and natural. I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely recommend Ms. Pham to my friends and relatives! I'd been waiting and searching for the good artist to do my eyeliner tattoo, until I talked to Ms. Pham! I looked her up on Instagram, yelp, and other social medias....Finally, I made appointment with her ... Ms. Pham gave me instructions to prep before the appointment; very professional! The office is nice and clean; I felt comfortable, not scared, not hurt as compared with the place I went the past! The outcome looks very natural, beautiful ..., the ink looks natural... I'm very happy with my eyeliner tattoo done by Ms. Pham. Thanks so much for making me prettier! read more

I can't say enough good things about my experience! When I first came in, my eyebrows were a faded purple-grey color from a previous tattoo done elsewhere. She immediately knew what to do and carefully removed the old dye before giving me a completely fresh, natural look. The result is amazing--beautiful, soft brows that perfectly frame my face. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she also takes her time to explain each step and make you feel comfortable. I'm so happy I found her and absolutely love my new brows! Amazing read more

I've had two eyebrow tattoo removal sessions with Tiffany so far. I did alot of research on eyebrow tattoo removal, and the magnetic needle tattoo removal technique seems to be the new safer method to prevent scarring compared to traditional saline or laser tattoo removal. Both sessions went well, but you need to be patient because not much ink will be removed at the 1st session which Tiffany did inform me about before we started. At my second session, I was shocked at how much ink was removed as you can see in my uploaded picture. Aftercare was easy to follow with a little scab and quick healing. I've already booked my 3rd session and can't wait to see more ink come out. Like I said, it takes patience but it's worth it IMO. Tiffany is very professional, knowledgeable and nice. She answered my questions honestly and has earned my trust. I'm glad I came to Tiffany for the tattoo removal procedure because so far the results are looking good. read more

Brows by Tiffany Pham - 2nd session eyebrow tattoo removal - Permanent Makeup Near Me - Newport Beach, California

Tiffany did a great job at removing my old microblading job. I had my eyebrows micro bladed almost two years ago, but never really liked them. I didn't want to wait for them to fade naturally, so found Tiffany and contacted her for a removal. She scheduled me for the next day since she heard the "urgency" in my voice :) I had one session so far and I was very impressed. I could definitely see the difference. My brows are much lighter after just one session. I am going in for my 2nd session tomorrow after three weeks. I can't wait to see the results. Thank you so much, Tiffany. read more

I have been going to tiffany for about 6 plus years now. I usually get my yumi lashes lift and lips tattoo by her. I love how thoughtful and thorough she is with every service, even though we doing the same service each time. I always leave happy and satisfied because she always makes sure that I am happy with my result before leaving my services. read more

Update on my 4th session of removing previous microblading work done by another artist. Although red is the hardest color to pull out, I do see the ink surfacing everytime Tiffany pulls it up, I had no idea how much ink is in my brows until she pulls it out and wipe everytime! Everytime she wipes it, I can see the ink completely gone and my skin looking normal again but since I have so much ink left and red is hard to pull, the ink starts surfacing again due to it reacting to the solution so it creates a dark shade again, this is normal so don't freak out! It takes patience and time and everyone heals differently. There is never any down time right after the procedure which is the only reason why I go with this technique. Trust Tiffany! read more

Tiffany is by far the best brow artist in Orange County! I am blonde and have very light eyebrows and she was able to create a tattoo that does not look fake at all. When I tell people it's a tattoo they don't believe me, it came out so beautiful and natural. I went for the 'powder brows' after Tiffany explained me the difference between micro blading and all the different kinds of eyebrow tattoos and told me which one suited me the best. Now I just do touch ups with her every year. The other thing I absolutely love about her is that even before the pandemic she was very very meticulous and clean and sanitized everything. You can tell that she puts a lot of effort into making this a very safe procedure. If you're like me: scared of fake looking, thick, crooked eyebrows, Tiffany is your person! read more

I had a magnetic (microblade) removal consultation today. Plenty of parking. Warm reception as soon as I entered. Tiffany was friendly, approachable and was honest with her own removal experiences and it set realistic expectations of the procedure for me. Informative and personalized. Thank you for your expertise and openness, Tiffany, it was greatly appreciated. read more

Tiffany is by far the most talented, skillful, and trustworthy permanent makeup artist around. She did my eyebrows in the Powered Ombre technique and they look natural, soft and beautiful, and she improved the shape and volume as well. Tiffany also did the permanent eyeliner on my upper lid and it looks great. Her precision and application skills are simply the best. It's so great to wake up with my eyebrows and eyeliner already applied, and I highly recommend her. read more

I've been a client of Tiffany, my brow artist, since 2019. My first service with her was Microblading, and after that, I switched to Ombre Powder. I've had Tiffany refresh my brows a few times, and the colors only keep getting better. Tiffany has a gentle hand and extensive knowledge, allowing her to shape my brows perfectly. I don't need the Instagram-style eyebrows; instead, she gives me the best brows that fit my face. I really enjoy having beautiful brows that save me a lot of time doing my makeup every day, especially when I travel to Europe or Asia in the hot summer. read more

I am absolutely in love with my brows done by Tiffany! I had a botches microblading sessions i did back in 2017 and was too afraid to go back to have them fixed, Also, the pain was so excruciating, I didn't followup for a 2nd session. Fast forward a few years, I wanted to see if I can have them done again, solely because it cuts my time in half when I don't have to draw in my brows! I did my homework/ research this time around and found Tiffany online. I saw her work and scheduled for a consultation before making any kinds of commitment. I originally came in for microblading, but after meeting with her, she recommended an powder ombre instead. I want to stress how professional Tiffany was. She was proactive and adamant about fixing my brows and making sure I left her office happy. Not only did she meet my expectations, she exceeded it. And I was so surprised it did NOT hurt! That was my main concern. My first ever microblading was so traumatic, I didnt want to go back! With Tiffany, it was a complete 180 from my first experience. I highly recommend everyone coming to Tiffany. TIP: Ask for a free consultation! It's free! read more

Tiffany is amazing - she genuinely cares about your brows and will do her best to give you what you need. I had botched brows from a different artist and she removed my old microbladed brows in a few sessions with the Linda Paradis technology. As far as I know, she's the only licensed technician I know in SoCal who uses this technique. I avoided going with the laser or saline route because it can leave scars and irritate skin. I'll try to upload photos once my brows are completely healed but I can tell so much of the ink has been removed. Tiffany is super approachable and easy to talk to and she'll be patient with any questions or concerns you might have. She really knows her stuff! I highly recommend her if you have brows you regret getting. read more

I loved that Tiffany offered a free consult before hand. I was considering Microblading but after listening to her expertise I decided to go with ombré shading. They look AMAZING! Once again!! Tiffany did a great job! I'm so pleased, I have eyebrows again Lol. If you're looking into permanent make up, a touch up on some old work or ombré powdered brows and have been contemplating on who to go to- definitely give Tiffany a call. She's really good about responding to calls! It's my second round seeing her. I met with Tiffany and she listened to my choice of brow shape, now that it's 2019 I'm going a bolder and color too. She actually custom blends colors to your natural shade. It doesn't look like fake tattooed on brows!! You will save so much time in the morning getting ready. On special evenings, I like it darker, so I apply a little brow powder- Awesome!!! She will give you all the before and after details! I'll upload some new pics! read more

I've had two sessions for removal of previous eyebrow tattoos, done by another artist, with Tiffany. I opted for the Linda Paradis needle because I did not want to risk scarring. Tiffany set the expectations and told me that I would need at least two sessions to see results. A lot more pigment was definitely removed from the second session, and I am looking forward to the final results after they are healed. It's really neat and satisfying to see all the pigment that gets lifted up. Making an appointment is a breeze and she is very accommodating. I also appreciate all the reminders for my appointments since I can be forgetful. read more

I found Tiffany through my next door app. I didn't get my brow touch up quick enough and the color turned. Tiffany removed the color and gave me new eyebrows. I'm very happy with my brows. I also had her do my eyeliner.... Really happy with my eyeliner. Soo, I kept going and had my lips done. Not so happy now. Very painful. It's only been 5 days but all I see is a very slight pink tint. I needed color, I totally still need lipstick . read more

This is a long overdue review for Tiffany!!! I've been seeing Tiffany for the past two yrs for my YUMI lashes lift. I am person with short to barely lashes person but she was able to make me have beautiful curl lashes is just amazing!! I love the fact that I don't have to curl my lashes daily and with this painless 30-45mins YUMI lashes lift procedure...it lasted me for month/months!! So It's been over 3 yrs since I've had my brows done but weren't too happy with the shape and colored from a previous person. After trusting Tiffany for my YUMI lashes lift, I decided to take a chance on her brows expertise! Tiffany is very meticulous at what she does and super patient. I'm usually very picky and gotta have it certain ways and brows is one of them. Tiffany was so patient with me through out the whole process. She is professional, very friendly and always want to make sure you feel comfortable. I could not be happier on the outcome of my brows. Thank you, tiff!! read more

I am in love with my newly keratin-lifted lashes and it's all thanks to Tiffany! She walked me through the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. She also made sure to answer all my questions and concerns regarding care for my lashes afterwards. My lashes before were extremely straight and now, I couldn't be happier! And to add to that, Tiffany introduced me to lash tint so now my lashes look even more amazing! My eyes are quite sensitive but lifting my lashes by use of keratin was gentle and it helped that Tiffany was very attentive and careful. Tiffany is amazing! Due to a health issue my eyebrows were almost non-existing. I had my eyebrows microbladed by another artist and I cried for a month.. A friend then introduced me to Tiffany and she not only removed the botched up job from the previous artist, but using a powdered technique she gave me beautiful eyebrows. I have a very tough skin type and Tiffany took the time to explain the timeline from the removal process to my new eyebrows. I appreciated this a lot because it let me know that she was not going to rush through the process like the first one did... Tiffany set my expectations, assured me that she would be able to fix them and in the end she definitely delivered. Thank you so much Tiffany!! read more

Tiffany is AMAZING! I went to see her for a Keratin lash lift and I'm absolutely in love with the outcome ! My lashes are always so nicely curled and have not touched a curler in 2 weeks . I really liked the products she used. They are both hypoallergenic and paraben free, unlike your typical lash perm. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the service before she started and the after care after she was done . For best result be sure to follow them. I do wear contacts so I did have to take them out and wear my glasses afterwards so be sure to bring a contact case and glasses . She's quite busy and so I found that texting her is the way to go . Definitely going to continue to see Tiffany for my lashes! read more

Tiffany is an artist!! I decided to try Ombre Powder Brows since I have blonde hair and pretty sparse brows in general. I was a bit nervous since I have never done anything to my brows and I definitely wanted a natural look! During my consultation, I expressed my concerns to Tiffany and she expertly drew the most flattering brows for my face shape and thoroughly explained the process of Ombre Powder Brows. The procedure itself was painless (with the help of the numbing cream), and I am THRILLED with the result. I have received so many compliments from friends. I finally have soft natural looking brows with the most beautiful arch and shape. Also, the office is extremely clean, which I appreciate, especially during Covid. Don't hesitate to go to Tiffany...she's the best brow professional in the OC!! read more
