On arrival I was promtly greeted by Janna. She's very sweet and took the time to really understand my lash-goals and overall objective for this appointment. This is such an important step and so many techs overlook it. Truly appreciated! The studio is clean, sleek, calm and inviting. The lounger was well padded and comfortable, room temperature was nice and cool (it was a pretty warm afternoon outside). After I removed my glasses so she could get a closer look, I was simply offered a discount for a future visit. I found that response unacceptable given the extent of the mistake. I had an event to attend that same day, and instead of feeling confident, I left feeling embarrassed and upset.
