Prices are known upfront and based on lash style and length of time (45min, 1hr, etc.). Prior to appointment, I received txt reminders which were helpful but it wouldn't create a calendar appointment in my phone. Not anything to do with this salon. On arrival I was promtly greeted by Janna. She's very sweet and took the time to really understand my lash-goals and overall objective for this appointment. Then I had a bunch of questions that never got answered in a 3 hour time span .. I had already paid a deposit down... at this point it was past 3pm and I had heard nothing back!
