The first time I got it done, I was excited. I was too excited that I trusted her. I started noticing unevenness throughout the healing process. I figured it will fade and I can get it fixed trueing touch up appointment. I specifically asked to map my eyebrows daaaaays before my appointment. She realized she accidentally cancelled my appointment because someone else had the same name as me (red flag for not being organized and on top of things), so I came in a different time. Thankfully I had the entire day off since I requested it off from work. Unfortunately, she didn't map it. So I failed to really point out what I needed done. So many things went wrong. I thought it was ok after her work, but without the map I wouldn't be able to point out the exact mistake. I went ahead with my day and oh my god, I started seeing her mistake much worst. I had a consultation with another artist and without giving her any info, she pointed out the exact issues I noticed. I was so upset that I contacted Chu about this. She said it was the muscle since it was just done you need to go back to school. As you can see on the photos, I did my own mapping and she really fked up my natural eyebrow shape. Look at that tail!!! I fell victim to her selected postings on Instagram of her perfect work.... No, she cherry picks the best to showcase for her portfolio. I sent her additional message and she just ignored them. Please do more research. I also found out the "nano brow" she does is not true nano brow. She has the tool for it but does not know how to actually practice the technique. It's supposed to be whispy, not microblade-like. My only hope is that my tattoo brow will fade drastically. She fked up so bad. She shouldn't be teaching if she's this bad. She can't even do her mapping right. Maybe that's why she didn't do it when I requested it. Maybe she knew the mistake she made and didn't wanna make it obvious. I can't believe I even tipped her. She only worked on me for less than an hour. The artist I talked to said Chu was supposed to be careful and taken her time 2-3 hours to really do a better job. But her job here is apparently amateur. It's so bad. read more

Such an amazing experience. I highly recommend her to anyone even thinking about doing nano strokes. I've always struggled with my eyebrows. They would always be patchy because hair wouldn't grow evenly. My eyebrow hair was also very light so I found myself filling in my brows constantly. I decided to finally go for nano brows after I saw my aunt. She always had nice eye brows and she told me she had gotten nano strokes done. I was astonished. They looked so natural and the hairstrokes were very realistic. She gets really busy so be prepared to wait a few months. My appointment was in August and I made it back in May. Her studio is super clean. I really enjoyed the music she played but she also offered to play a podcast or other music. You can tell that she really takes her time to make the brows how you want it. The procedure was about 2 hours so not too long! She gives you a little card about the aftercare which is pretty simple. You also schedule a touch up about 6-8 weeks later. I had an amazing experience with Chu for my microblading! I previously went to a different artist who mapped out my brows, over-plucked my natural hair, and filled them in without asking. While I liked them initially, the color faded completely after 3 to 4 weeks, and I deeply regretted it. Chu completely turned things around.
