She realized she accidentally cancelled my appointment because someone else had the same name as me (red flag for not being organized and on top of things), so I came in a different time. Thankfully I had the entire day off since I requested it off from work. Unfortunately, she didn't map it. So I failed to really point out what I needed done. So many things went wrong. I thought it was ok after her work, but without the map I wouldn't be able to point out the exact mistake. I went ahead with my day and oh my god, I started seeing her mistake much worst. I had a consultation with another artist and without giving her any info, she pointed out the exact issues I noticed. I was so upset that I contacted Chu about this. She said it was the muscle since it was just done you need to go back to school. As you can see on the photos, I did my own mapping and she really fked up my natural eyebrow shape. Look at that tail!!! I fell victim to her selected postings on Instagram of her perfect work.... No, she cherry picks the best to showcase for her portfolio. I sent her additional message and she just ignored them. Please do more research. I also found out the "nano brow" she does is not true nano brow. She has the tool for it but does not know how to actually practice the technique. It's supposed to be whispy, not microblade-like. My only hope is that my tattoo brow will fade drastically. She fked up so bad. She shouldn't be teaching if she's this bad. She can't even do her mapping right. Maybe that's why she didn't do it when I requested it. Maybe she knew the mistake she made and didn't wanna make it obvious. I can't believe I even tipped her. She only worked on me for less than an hour. The artist I talked to said Chu was supposed to be careful and taken her time 2-3 hours to really do a better job. But her job here is apparently amateur. It's so bad.

If you have sensitive eyes or hate that burning/watery-eye feeling from traditional lash extensions, UV lashes are honestly a game changer. This will be on my next trip, but today, we're going to talk about my food detox session that I had, that was not only refreshing, but educational, as well. What you will notice upon entering the salon, is that the place is super clean, unlike other establishments. Cleanliness is the first and most important priority at L'Ami. With the foot detox treatment, this is paramount. As such, clean new bags are placed in the water basins where your feet get detox. Once the treatment is done, the entire bag is disposed of, preventing any other person form using the same (dirty) water. L'Ami doesn't cut corners by using bags over and over! For the foot detox treatment, I sat on a very comfortable massage chair (lovely)! The water is clean at the start, but once the electrodes are connected to your arm, and the machine is running for ~25 minutes, the toxins go out through the pores of your feet and turn the water yellow, green, or red, depending on what is being cleansed.
