The receptionist was warm welcoming, I was waiting for a while and overheard a few calls she does her job great. My waxer was not friendly, i'm not sure if I caught her on a bad day, but she did not want to be there with me this morning (I understand that everyone has hard days however you can't come off as rude in a professional setting). She was rolling her eyes at me! I didn't speak to her more than a hello and I asked her to repeat herself one time when she was giving me instructions, I came in with a smile! And on top of it, she gave me an asymmetrical triangle, I like to leave hair on top, there was way too much taken off. It looks silly! I showed her with my fingers where I want the perimeter to be. It's so bad I need to go home and shave it off. I left a picture for reference what the triangle looks like. I'm trying to make light of a bad situation. I have gotten plenty of waxes before, I know a good wax and I know what good atmosphere feels like and I did not experience that today. I considered going back in to just have the rest of the hair removed but I really hate to be bald. I'm still debating.

I got waxed for the first time with my friend Kiki but she was unavailable because she had to have surgery and I wanted to wait but I couldn't. I was nannying PLUS I had my son for the week. So taking care of 3 boys was a handful! So thankfully, they worked with my appt and were able to push it back by an hr.
