While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, last minute cancellations like this are highly inconvenient and disruptive. What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

The front desk lady with long hair, still wearing Halloween nails doesn't seem like she wants to be working, very monotone when greeting... it doesn't feel welcoming when you enter the establishment should check her attitude, but maybe she had a long day-- waiting longer than your appointment time and seeing other people that just walked In go ahead of you can make the day longer. You make an appointment and you still wait over 15 minutes for your wax service even if you check in early or on time isn't great. European Wax Center has a Late Policy Form Stating if you're 9 minutes late you will be marked as a no show, what happens when they don't respect your appointment time ? So if you have time to waste or if you want to sit around smelling wax then book here.
