So this was my first ever facial and I feel it was very reasonably priced. I got the "After Glow" facial since I don't really have ance or bad skin to begin with. I also got a "skin irregularities treatment" for this millia I had on my eyelid. Nataliya was super sweet! She explained what she was doing every step, she was a good conversationalist, and she accommodated my needs. I was having pretty bad allergies since it was dry and windy the night prior and my nose was stuffy. It was a bit difficult to breathe through my nose so she wouldn't cover my mouth with any products so I could breathe through my mouth if i needed it. Nataliya was great and for it being my first facial, I feel like it went very well. It started with a double cleaning, enzyme peel, exractions, an ultra sonic exfoliation, toning, face massage, a mask, and then moisturizer. I got my millia removed after since I needed some numbing applied to my eyelid. The removal uses a high frequency machine that zaps the irregularities. She showed me what it would feel like on my skin and it was like a minor zap feeling. Like a little scratch. On my eyelid with the numbing, I didn't feel anything at all. She told me what to do for after care and everything was done! My favorite part was the facial massage because it was so stress relieving. The whole experience was very relaxing and I'll definitely be coming back. I feel like my skin looks brighter and more even and it was a great experience!

I'm not sure if she flagged my other review to get taken down from here or what... but people need to know this place isn't sanitary. I waited a while to write this, but I'm just so angry this happened. And yes, Yelp, this was my experience with this exact business. I developed a stye after getting my lashes done here and it kind of went away. The next week it came back with a vengeance. Now there is a huge cyst on my eye. It's like a rock on my lower eyelid. I went to the doctor and they gave me antibiotic cream to put in my eye every day for two weeks. It wasn't going down so I went on oral antibiotics for a week. Still didn't go away. Doctor recommended a shot for it (in my eye, ouch). And now they are recommending a SURGERY to remove the cyst which might leave a scar. Whilst just trying to feel pretty getting my lashes done... I now feel uglier. Maybe the cheaper prices should've been my red flag - you get what you pay for... although now I'm $$$ deep with the doctors.

As you can see I had almost no eyebrows. It was such a hassle to have to make them look right every day. Now I can just leave the house without scaring everybody. lol. Olga was very patient with me, because I had to do a couple of sessions to gradually get them to look how I wanted them to be. She is a true artist and dedicated to perfecting her work. Just got done getting my eyebrows done today and I was nervous as heck! My hair stylist told me…read moreabout April from one of her clients. Her blonde client's eyebrows looked so great I had to get mine done right away! I booked my appt with April for the next week and then started reading and asking around about the pain, etc... I began to get very nervous reading about the pain and bad experiences people had at many places! People I know that have gotten it done before told me it just feels like scratching and it's not that bad. I am a big baby when it comes to pain and warned April when I got there :-) I got there and April was just finishing up on a patient and didn't have to wait for too long, but even if I did I understand that she's the only one in her office that does the tattooing, so I expected to wait. She got me numbed up for the full 45 mins and we discussed what I wanted and she drew what they would look like. After we perfected look, the tattooing began. At first it felt like she was taking an electric shaver to my brows, didn't hurt at all! Then as the process went on, being the baby that I am, it did start to hurt like a normal tattoo to me anyway. So if you've ever got a tattoo before it feels like that so expect some pain but it is tolerable. I am extremely happy with the results and can't wait till they heal to see the true color and total look. I will post before and after pictures when they heal. I will say don't be afraid to ask lots of questions, April will answer them all. I probably sounded really paranoid and mentioned I was nervous many of times :-) (This is the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I felt like I had to ask a lot of questions since I didn't know much about it at all and it just came natural to April since she's had so many clients, but a little more explaining of the process would help out a beginner client like me) Update......... It has now been 9 days since the procedure and I wake up every morning and think WOW, why didn't I get this done sooner! I LOVE my eyebrows and couldn't be more happy. As far as the healing process, yes the first 4 days or so they are pretty dark, but once the scabbing from the tattoo fell off by day 7, they look AMAZING! Thanks April, I may have many friends coming into see you. They all love my eyebrows! =)
