The artist had me check the shape several times throughout the appointment and repeatedly asked if they looked even. At the time, I had asked to lessen the arch, I trusted the process, but once I got home and looked at them from different angles, it became clear that they were uneven. One brow sits differently than the other, the shape isn't symmetrical, and they appear much heavier and more filled in than what I specifically requested. I understand that cosmetic tattooing heals and fades, but the uneven shape and overall design are not what I asked for. I now have to spend additional money to have another artist try to correct them, which is incredibly frustrating. I appreciate that she checked in with me throughout the appointment, but unfortunately the final result did not match what I requested or expected. This has been really upsetting, and I wouldn't have chosen this outcome for something as important as my eyebrows.

Always predictable. I've kept it "long-ish" because her cuts are so good. No clipper mania as I've had previously to her. She has been in the same location for all those years but recently moved to the back side of the building. In doing so, her shop's foot print is much larger. I cannot handle scented products - I have an allergic reaction to them due to some chronic conditions - and so Devi stocked and has maintained unscented shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil so I can still have a wash and dry at the end of my cuts! They also are the only person in the space besides me and are willing to mask upon request, so it's still a COVID-safe option in 2025. Hooray for disability justice! I made an online appt which was super easy as their website and reservation system is very user friendly and simple to use. I received reminders leading up to the day of my appt which I appreciated. The spa is very clean, minimalistic, and welcoming. I loved all the humorous signs and products they offer. Pamalee was on time and very nice to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable and eased my nerves. I have never had a Brazilian so I don't know what to compare it with but based on how painful everyone says it is I would say she is amazing because, although not comfortable, the pain was relatively quick and was short lived. Pamalee is a professional and has been waxing a long time and it shows in how she explained things, how efficient she was, and how comfortable she made me feel in what could be a vulnerable and embarrassing procedure. The prices seemed on par with normal prices in the area for similar services. Easy parking. The business is right next to Outback Steakhouse. Lots of appointment times in the convenient hours they are open. Especially if you book in advance. All told, I am a fan! I'll be back next time I need some waxing done! She explained to me in detail what she was doing and why and handled my face very delicately. I now have super long, thick, luscious lashes a la Kardashian style and I LOVE them! It took about two hours and I spent it relaxing on a comfortable bed listening to great music while Whitney worked her magic. I don't know if I can ever go back to normal lashes again. Plus I no longer feel the need to wear eye make up; the lashes make my eyes pop and I feel so pretty! Saves me time on my morning make up routine too! When I followed up within 30 days, hoping to resolve the situation kindly, I was told it was too late to request a refund. On the call, I was offered an apology for how the experience made me feel; there was no acknowledgment of the massage therapist's actions or any assurance that the issue would be addressed. It was clear they didn't truly understand the situation or have an ethical process for handling it, leaving me feeling embarrassed for spending $120 here. If you have specific care needs or any unique situations, I would think twice before booking here. This experience was dismissive and showed space for improvement in situations like mine. I want others to know so they can make an informed decision about whether this is the kind of service they want to support.
