I went in pretty close to closing time and despite that it was nearly end of the day, store was very organized and spotless! This location has the widest selection of Innisfree (my favorite Korean skincare brand) out of all Sephoras I have been in greater Seattle/Bellevue area. They also have great return policy if the product you bought doesnt work out for you. What I like about this particular Sephora is that its accessible from outside of the mall, straight from the mall parking lot. They moved the Sephora from inside of the mall to this new location and its much more convenient now. Its around the corner from REI at Capital Mall.

They are always timely with getting my order to me upon arriving at the store. They have some brands exclusively at Sephora that some of the other beauty stores don't offer which I appreciate. I love that they offer a rewards program as well. The employees here are always very nice and prompt with assisting you. I've had the hydrafacial lip perk service done here before too which was quick and an overall good experience. The girl who performed the treatment was great about explaining everything to me which I appreciate as it was my first time having the service done. I will continue to frequent this business and highly recommend it.

Saving Face Skinspa truly changed my skin for the better and I am so grateful for her services. I…read morecame into Wendy's office extremely frustrated and disheartened with red, inflamed skin. I wasn't expecting much, especially since my dermatologist had told me that I was "already receiving the best skin care treatments" at her office. Wendy definitely proved her wrong. Right from the start, Wendy truly listened to my struggles with acne and she was very caring and empathic toward my situation since she has had her own skin battles in the past. She educated me on how to treat my acne problem with simple lifestyle and dietary changes. She also offered me personalized skin products that, although not cheap, are definitely affordable and less expensive than anything else I had received from dermatologists prescriptions. Within just a couple months, my skin was better than it had been since elementary school and it has only improved in the past two years with her products. Now, I barely break out and my skin has never been healthier. However, I cannot give this business 5 stars despite my incredible skin transformation. A little over a year ago, Wendy decided to hand off her older patients to a new esthetician so that she could accept more new clients. While her other estheticians are also highly trained and professional, I do not receive the same education and expertise as I did from Wendy. I would still recommend this place to anyone with stubborn acne troubles, but just be warned--if you make the decision to come here, you will be handed off as soon as your initial treatments are done and you no longer will be allowed to schedule an appointment with Wendy.

Melissa was warm and friendly without being intrusive or awkward and explained the process very thoroughly and to the point. The service itself was what I expected it to be (sugaring/waxing = hair being ripped from follicles, so that's never a fun time), but she made sure I was comfortable and even had me laughing more than a few times. The studio is clean - like sparkling clean and intimate without being cramped. She also offers a great selection of facials and I'll be booking one soon. Very difficult to schedule a massage. They are booked out months in advance. Which sucks for me…read morebecause I have a membership (I got the membership when I lived in another state) that charges me whether I have massages or not. I did have a great massage with Martina, who I got lucky, had a cancellation, so I was able to use one of my accruing membership credits. However, when I went to book again with her she had no availability for at least two months. I didn't ask for later than two months. They don't use the Massage Envy app for booking, so you have to call in. Which isn't the end of the world, but one of the reasons I bought a membership was how consistent and convenient the process was. I wouldn't recommend getting a membership if you live in Olympia because your credits will accrue faster than you can use them, but if you get lucky and can get in with Martina for an nonmembership massage, go for it!

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at Prime Nail Spa. I had a confirmed…read moreappointment with Ms. Kim at 6:00 p.m. and signed in at 5:56 p.m. When I arrived, she had another customer in her chair and directed me to check Facebook Messenger. I then saw that she had sent me a message at 5:19 p.m. asking me to come back the following day because she was "very busy." I did not see the message before arriving because not everyone constantly checks social media or has Messenger notifications turned on. This was especially upsetting because I had stopped by the salon the previous evening while Ms. Kim was sitting without a customer. She told me she had a 5:00 p.m. appointment and specifically instructed me to return today at 6:00 p.m. When I asked why she was canceling my appointment after telling me to come at that time, she repeatedly said that she was very busy and told me to return tomorrow. At that point, I explained that I needed my nails shortened because they were becoming too long and could put me out of compliance while wearing my military uniform. Instead of acknowledging my concern or apologizing, she waved her hand at me as if she were dismissing me from the salon. After briefly stepping outside, I returned and waited. Ms. Kim finished with her customer around 6:16 p.m. but then invited another person to sit at her station. When I asked whether that person had arrived before or after me, she only responded, "I messaged you." I explained that I had been a loyal customer since approximately July 2024 and asked why she had canceled my appointment to take other customers. She completely ignored me while I was standing directly in front of her speaking. I understand that salons can become busy and schedules sometimes change. However, sending a Facebook Messenger message only 41 minutes before my appointment was not an appropriate way to cancel, especially without confirming that I had received it. More importantly, I should not have been told that my scheduled appointment was canceled because she was "very busy," only to watch her take another customer after finishing the person in her chair. Waving me away and then ignoring me when I tried to address the situation was disrespectful and unprofessional. After being a loyal customer for more than two years, I did not deserve to be treated this way. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
