I did receive a quick reply but it only said "sorry I'm not available" as if I was putting her out. They could have replied, "thank you for your inquiry, not accepting new clients at this time" or "the time frame you provided doesn't work with my schedule, can we see if we can schedule another time?" or basically any sort of kindness at all. My schedule is open but they wouldn't know because they didn't ask, guess they don't need or want new business.

Well I just called (same day as my appointment) to reschedule because of personal reasons (they never asked and since it's personal I wasn't open to share unless asked) and they told me since it's within their cancellation window they will be charging me the full $185 amount for me to not get my hair done. The first haircut was great! She did exactly what I wanted. Three months later I went back for a trim. What I got was the front half my head of hair made into a long bang, and the back of my hair left long. I went back to see if she could fix it, but it just made it worse. I've had a mullet now for a few months. The only way I can wear my hair is with a clip to hold the bang back so the whole thing isn't laying 2/3 of the way down on my face. It's so bad that it's funny (most of the time). Thank God hair grows.
