She is the first barber I've had in almost 20 years that cuts my wavy hair with out understanding anything more than a buzz. In my case, I let my hair grow for 15 months during the covid incarceration(s). When I decided to get a trim, one "stylist" either did not listen or was eager to just give me a weed-eater special and get me out the door. Devi was able to fix that. Her cuts are predictable time to time. That is important and often lacking in hair cutters. Besides having a real knack for hair, she is a fine-artist who paints. (check her work out on instagram). Her artisit's eye is obvious in how she cuts hair. It's a one-chair shop that's enclosed within a tattoo parlor. There is good, off-street parking.
