Pet dander and hair in large quantities should not come in contact with any cosmetic procedures could cause bacterial infections or more complications.  I also received a chemical burn from her negligence, Chemical burns for lash extensions can be common, usually mild and transient. However, could've easily been avoided. She could've Weigh down the top eyelid with foam tape or a sanitised coin, or use foam tape instead of eyepatches under the eyes to prevent the fumes getting into open eyes - the extra thickness of the foam tape helps a lot with this, especially on clients with more prominent eyes! Plus the way she microblades eyebrows is way too thick. Not only were my eyelashes extremely rushed, but her getting back with any communication with me has been like pulling teeth. The environment could be cleaner, and the technician, Chelsea, herself could be more professional.

Natassia was dishonest in her out of line response, and is not someone I will ever do business with in the future. *** I've been interested in microblading for a very long time, and when I saw a Groupon deal being offered, I decided to do it. The normal price is around $450, but I got a 50% discount. If I had paid full price, I would have rated this place with fewer stars. The results I have are uneven and patchy. I suppose my eyebrows look slightly fuller and defined than before, but not in an ideal way. I still need to apply eyebrow makeup which I had hoped I wouldn't need after getting this procedure done. She told me since I have different growth patterns, they are going to look different. I wanted my eyebrows to look more like sisters, not distant cousins lol. The service itself was extremely painful and not long lasting. Natassia provided me with very little after care instructions after my initial visit, and none at all after my touch up. She only used a light numbing cream during the first visit and didn't offer it during my touch up. Her work looks good immediately after, but be aware that it's very temporary.

I called to help my really good friend find a good salon, since my friend wasn't having much luck (most salons were snobbish and hung up on her regarding perms for long hair). I called and spoke with Kristen, explaining that my friend has not been to a hair salon before and what she was looking for. Kristen was so easy to connect with and answered all my questions, relaying helpful information I passed along to my friend. I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later.
