I meant to write a review here but life's been busy!…read more I emailed Rajan, owner of EZ Postal, conveniently located near my place so it's a nice walk! I had a painting to ship to my sister that was a late wedding present for her and her husband. Rajan was super patient and helpful in his responses as I've never shipped a big piece before such as a big photo frame painting! When I showed up, he was friendly and patient. We had good small talk. It was actually easier to ship from him as he works with the shipping suppliers; FedEx, UPS etc which was super convenient instead of me going to those suppliers directly! He even gave me a discount to ship what I needed! He has a lot of cool supplies needed like office supplies, greeting cards, shipping supplies etc! It was great, I even purchased a charger too for my office space at work so I can have my phone charged by the time I leave the office! I hope EZ postal stays, it's so nice to have them nearby for shipment and mailing services! Tell your friends bc I'll be telling mine too

Honestly, I would give ten stars for the amazing customer service at this FedEx if I could!…read more I realized I had forgotten some print assets that I needed for an event all the way back home in Fife, and needed them QUICK. With just a couple of hours of wiggle room I tried to place an order with this FedEx online and was seeing that pickup wouldn't be available until the next morning. I gave them a call and asked if they could potentially have my order done in the time frame needed. They were a little nervous about the turnaround but much to my happiness, they were able to pull it off! The team here was on top of the order and so helpful over the phone and saved the day. I'm never out in this area but highly recommend using this FedEx if you're a local.

Those are two very different locations. What transpired is what really matters. UPS was not willing to correct their mis delivery. Instead, I was supposed to accept the loss without complaint. I attempted to contact the UPS Store in Everett several times. They refused to answer their phone and talk to me. On the other hand, the manager and her staff at the Lynnwood UPS Store spoke with me trying so hard to help out. Those were nice folks and quite professional. I can't say the same about the people at the Everett UPS Store. They showed that they were unconcerned and did not have the time of day to help resolve this blunder. As for the dismissive attitude of the Everett store--piss on them.

When I walked in, the person at the counter measured/weighted my package but quoted me over $10 more than USPS for the same ground shipping. When I said "wow, why so much?", he replied back with "It would be the same at the post office" which is not the case because I just returned from the post office. And they also won't tell you that USPS' flat rate shipping boxes are cheaper than what they quoted me. I told him, I'll just take it back to the post office during normal business hours. When I returned home and I told my wife about this experience, she said warned me about this place as they tried charge her $1 to print a label for prepaid postage. I understand small businesses need to make some profit in order to stay in business but marking up 30% to 40% more than post office is probably not a good business strategy knowing USPS is one block away and UPS is just across the lot inside Staples. As much as I would like to support small businesses, I won't be coming back here again. Lesson learned.
