I pulled in when it was my turn, and the service tech could not have been nicer. He explained everything and I chose the most expensive synthetic oil and I had a $10.00 coupon. When they finished I asked if my tires were checked for air and he asked another guy working and he said yes they did. I explained my pressure light was still on and he said it may take a few minutes. I left and went to get gas and decided to check my tires, and no they did not add air! The back tire was very low and would not have happened in less than a five minute drive down the road to Shell. I really wanted to give them four stars for service and friendly staff but I specifically asked if they would check the tires when I pulled in because of my warning light. With multiple employees working on the car it should not have been missed- and it's on their checklist of things to do when you get an oil change!

The first time, my check engine light came on. They couldn't fit me in for a full appointment for a few weeks, but they still had me bring the car in to run a diagnostic and make sure it was safe to drive. After checking it out, they told me they believed it simply needed an oil change. They didn't charge me anything for the diagnostic, and they were right--once I got the oil changed, the check engine light never came back. The second time, I brought my car in for a different issue. They were thorough, completed the work in a timely manner, and charged a fair price. About a month later, I started experiencing similar symptoms again, so I brought it back. They dug a little deeper and discovered a nest inside the system that was blocking the drain. They spent over an hour fixing the problem, getting completely soaked in the process. When it was time to pay, they told me there was no charge because they considered it related to the previous repair. I can't say enough good things about this company. It's rare to find a business that combines excellent workmanship with this level of honesty and customer service. They've earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

For that reason, I'm so loyal to the dealership who meticulously cares for my car like I do. We were attended to by Derek, who explained the services, and Taj who did the manual work. These gentlemen were TOP NOTCH. Derek was friendly, laid-back and informative. He ensured that we understood his job is to tell us about the services they can provide but that we shouldn't feel pressured to get them done immediately. His demeanor immediately gained our trust and made him feel like a credible serviceman. We waited approximately 5 mins for service. The oil change was $78 and took around 15 mins. Derek explained the two options for oil and that once you go full synthetic, you can switch back to the lower quality. Bingo-- we learned something new! He also taught us where to find the manufacturer's recommend tire pressure. Knowledge is powerful and I sincerely appreciated the way Derek transferred his knowledge to us. Our oil change is complete and we're already several hundred miles into our road trip. No signs of issues at all. My husband just so happened to get his oil changed the next day at a different location and relayed the situation to them, they couldn't believe it either and said they were going to look into it. Whether they do or not makes no difference, as I will not be returning to the Elkton location again.
