Called about a job, the woman who answered sounds like she doesn't even want to be bothered with…read moreit, which was whatever, I knew these guys do decent work and relatively quick. So I decided to go with it. Dropped off Monday for diagnostic, told her I'd need it back the next day as I have work, she was Overnighting the parts, said that will be fine. Tuesday roughly 2 o'clock in the afternoon I call she said the part was running late, said it would be there "any minute" (i know what that means) and told me it'll be done today she'd give me a call. Never calls. 430 rolls around and I decided let's call again. She tells me it's not done. So I brought up that I was a little confused because she said it could be done today and I still haven't heard whether you guys are going to take a look at my transmission. She proceeded to freak out. Yelling at me. "F*** you motherf*****" and hangs up. Proceeded to play phone tag because she wouldn't speak to me like an adult, just kept hanging up. At this point I'm just confused because I still need my car for work and quite honestly her attitude was terrible from the get go. It's the holidays and I really can't afford to be missing work or dealing with whatever that was to begin with. Told her I'd be there with my dad to get the car. Their hours when you look them up on Safari say 6pm but they're hours are actually 5 pm so unfortunately I was too late. Today at 8 am I basically show up and ask her as calmly as possible what's going on with my car. She explains what I already knew. She then says I'm talking Over her when I didn't even get a word out. I'm just trying to tell her I need the car. I'm not even trying to speak of the situation that happened before as I am going through my own problems as it is and I don't need to be worrying about whatever her problem is. And again she acts like a child tells me to leave and walks out of the room. This is now the 2nd time I'm basically denied my car. She didn't ask me to pay some up front or anything. She was unwilling to hear my situation that I work over 30 minutes away and that I at least needed the car back until my next day off she just kept freaking out. I asked the gentleman behind the counter to explain to me what's been done so i could drive it away as is and I was told to leave by him too. I genuinely don't understand. After this she bursts out the door at me, I'm standing by the front door, have no clue what to do cause I wasn't exactly sure her intentions. After that I just threw my hands up and left. Unfortunately I couldn't get anywhere with non emergency police numbers earlier. I just wanted to leave with my property at that point. I was still willing to pay and did pay when I left but i am now cheated out of a days pay and feel that after this experience it's quite unfortunate that a business is willing to do this to people so close to Christmas time. All I wanted was my car back for like 1 day maybe 2. Never have I dealt with someone so Miserable. So I left, about 930 or so I get a call it's done from someone else. I thanked him for calling me and said I genuinely don't understand what exactly this is for and there she goes, in the background "maybe if you didn't run your mouth " lady, I never said anything rude to you I only said what was true. You ignored me 2 times about my transmission . And the second it became an inconvenience to you, you flipped out. I really just don't know what to say. Only reason I give 2 stars is because I genuinely never had an issue with their work. But I hope and pray that this deters anyone from getting work done on your car here because it seems the second something inconveniences you as a customer they don't care. Or at least she doesn't.

What started as a simple tire installation ended up ALMOST KILLING ME! BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE…read moreCENTER! Came in for service to get tires installed after purchasing them on TireRack. Tire Rack recommends this service center as a premier installer. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! (MORE BELOW) Scheduling Service Scheduling service was not difficult at all. I spoke to a representative at this service center and set up an appointment with ease. I spoke to them on a Tuesday and had a service scheduled for Friday morning. The cost to install four tires was about $100. One reason for the loss of a star is because there is a coupon on their website for $20 off of $100 or more in service that the representative did not mention. I had to ask them about it to see if it applied to this service. The service representative said that I could use the coupon and sure enough when the final bill came, it came with $20 deducted from the final cost. Total: -1 star (4 stars) Waiting Area When you first enter the service shop there is a front desk / reception area with chairs. After I checked the car in I sat on the chairs in front of the reception area thinking that was the only waiting area. Later, when I was looking to see if there was some sort of vending machine or water dispenser did I find that there was an entire waiting area inside of the service center that the front desk receptionist failed to mention existed. Minus another star. Total: -1 star (3 stars) Service I brought the car in at about 9AM and was out in a little over an hour and a half. Although there was only one car ahead of me, I was told ahead of time that tire installation usually takes about an hour so a thirty-minute overage is not far outside of the anticipated time. Total: 0 stars (3 stars) PROBLEM Prior to bringing the car in for the tire installation, I noticed that the brakes were making a noise. I specifically asked if the technician could take a look at the brakes. The lady who worked at the front assured me that they would take a look. After the technician dropped off the paperwork I asked her again about the brakes to which she replied (based off of the technician's report) that there was nothing wrong with the brakes. She reiterated that had the technician found any issues with the brakes they would have noted so in the report/receipt once they handed it off to her. Yesterday, my brake pedal started sinking and the brakes were not engaging fully while I was driving southbound on I-95. I had the car looked at and the technician found that the brake pads were completely worn out causing the calipers to break off that led to all the brake fluid draining out of the vehicle. With my Ford E-350 being a front-wheel-drive vehicle, the technician said that there is no way that the brake pads and the calipers in the REAR of the vehicle would have worn down to that point within a couple of weeks. Especially considering the fact that the car is driven only 2 times a week. I am not sure how much trust and respect should be given to an auto service center that can't even see that a brake pad is worn out. Furthermore, I trusted them with this diagnosis that could have ended up causing significant physical harm to myself and others. This is a church passenger vehicle that is used to carry sometimes as many as 11 passengers at a time. Luckily this problem occurred without any other passengers on-board. However, this could have become a very large catastrophe. Please BEWARE of this shop and beware of the work they do. Total: -2 stars (more if possible) (1 star) CONCLUSION: This shop has great reviews from other customers and this may have been a one-time anomaly. However, I felt that future customers should be made aware of this situation and should be able to make an informed decision as to all the positives and NEGATIVE aspects of this auto shop. While this is a service center that does Maryland State Inspections for safety, I want to call into question the thoroughness and validity of the work they do in inspecting vehicles. What should have ended up simply being a brake pad and rotor change ended up costing double because of caliper destruction. I hope that the management and ownership of this service center get a chance to review what happened and make the necessary changes to the work they do. This is the prime example of a service center haphazardly and negligently checking vehicles that put people's lives at risk. This should NEVER happen again.

Kerrie was very helpful in making me feel like a valued customer and was able to have my car looked at very quickly despite the long waits other mechanics had. The mechanic working on my car, Chris, was knowledgeable and I feel took extra care to make sure things were done right. I can't recommend this place enough. The prices were VERY reasonable and the work done was perfect. Thanks again for a great first experience. I will be back with any other car issues I have.
