The service people are professional, timely and pricing is more that reasonable. My furnace was only 9 years old (that DeHaan installed) with a 10 yr warrenty. After several attempts to "fix" it, the conculsion was to install a new furnace vs a band aid as there was no way of knowing how long the band aid would hold. Obtaining the new furnace, installing, pricing and professionalism of all involved is beyond compare. I was given another 10 year warrenty to boot and remember to turn in a form to get the $200 rebate from consumers energy. Above all, the installers left the basement clean and just as they found it when they enterd my home. To hire a boiler companies to come out and replace pipes is insanely expensive, and not really worth it if they are not working on the boiler itself. (I don't think the pipe cares who replaces it)! That part out of the way, after having major disasters in the past, and calling some local boiler companies (who I won't name), I tried Preferred plumbing last year and again this morn. They came out and fixed it before there was any damage. Unlike the boiler company who was scheduled out for weeks and let me stew in my own live steam. Matt, and Brett, and Cooper are the best! Great guys - they know what they're doing, and they don't waste your time. They're so personable, I probably wasted THEIR time talking to them too much! I'm so satisfied that I have decided to finally replace the waterline in my house sometime in the next few months, using Preferred Plumbing, because I completely trust them now. Not only were they quick to respond, they did great work, they did it well, and as usual, they came in at a very reasonable price. I grew up in Michigan, but I've only been back here since 2015, and you know how hard it is to find professionals that you can trust in a new town. Keep in mind that I had this appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance - nothing crazy, just a water heater inspection + flush, but an opportunity to build a relationship and offer recommendations which leads to additional services. They at least offered to reschedule for a later day in the week -BUT- with little regard for the fact that I took time away from my busy schedule to have a set appointment. Needless to say that I won't be using their services (nor recommending them). Don't get stuck like me, take a day off of work to accommodate, and have them cancel last minute!
