Thankfully, I spoke with Mike Smith from Eric Dale, and his honesty immediately stood out. Instead of pushing a replacement, he recommended scheduling a service call to make sure the unit truly couldn't be repaired first -- potentially saving me a lot of money. When the service team arrived, Fred and Will absolutely exceeded my expectations. They quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered that the problem was actually caused by a mistake from another HVAC company I had hired the previous year. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also took the time to clean my entire system and make sure everything was running properly. The difference was incredible -- my air conditioning unit is now running beautifully again! From Mike's honesty and professionalism to the expertise and care shown by Fred and Will, the entire experience was outstanding. It's rare these days to find a company that truly prioritizes integrity, service, and doing right by their customers. I am beyond impressed and incredibly grateful. I cannot recommend Eric Dale highly enough and will absolutely be using them for all of my HVAC needs going forward.

During the evaluation process of selecting which contractor would install a new furnace and A/C at…read moreour home, I decided that All Pro Mechanical would win the business for several reasons. First, they showed up on time to provide the quote. Second, John has an eye for detail and I could tell he would be meticulous with the installation. Third, APM's quote was provided quickly. It was not only competitive for a quality brand (Carrier), but the quote was broken out line by line...I knew exactly how much every part and task would cost. A separate contractor never replied when I asked them to itemize their quote. APM had excellent communication regarding when they would arrive, how long the install would take and what they would be doing while at our home. John told me to ask him all the questions I had while they were there; he wanted to ensure I was completely informed and confident of the new system and the installation. They arrived on time, completed the work on time, left the area as clean as when they arrived and promptly followed up with all electronic documentation the same evening the installation was completed. John even called the following evening to ensure the system was running to my satisfaction....which it was. I cannot say enough positive things about All Pro Mechanical and would definitely reach out to them again for any future needs.

They told me the part was not warranted and gave me an astronomical price to repair. I investigated and found my warranty. The direct supervisor of the office manager said she would make it right after I proved I had a warranty. I waited two weeks and heard nothing about when they would get in my new part. They finally came out after I called and scheduled. I kept asking multiple times even when I scheduled for them to return how much it would cost. No invoice or quote estimate was given. After the tech spent 35 minutes at my house fixing the equipmenT, he said they would invoice me. Why? You shouldve had labor charges already written up from the 30 minutes at my house the first call and the 35 minutes upon return. They charged me $405 for that. I called around to local businesses and this was about $150 more than what they would have charged if the part is truly warranted, which I don't believe it was. I believe they gave me something right out their shop. Im going to have another company come and put the numbers on it to see. Don't do business with them. I'm reporting to the Better Business Bureau next.
