After waiting two and a half hours, I contacted them and was told an emergency job popped up. We agreed to reschedule. They didn't arrive for the second agreed upon time and after waiting fifteen minutes I contacted them and was told there were two jobs ahead of me and they would let me know the ETA. I never heard back from them. This company is not serious about their commitments. I am very disappointed I allowed myself to be taken advantage of more than once.

First, they showed up on time to provide the quote. Second, John has an eye for detail and I could tell he would be meticulous with the installation. Third, APM's quote was provided quickly. It was not only competitive for a quality brand (Carrier), but the quote was broken out line by line...I knew exactly how much every part and task would cost. A separate contractor never replied when I asked them to itemize their quote. APM had excellent communication regarding when they would arrive, how long the install would take and what they would be doing while at our home. John told me to ask him all the questions I had while they were there; he wanted to ensure I was completely informed and confident of the new system and the installation. They arrived on time, completed the work on time, left the area as clean as when they arrived and promptly followed up with all electronic documentation the same evening the installation was completed.
